Renovated, conserved and clean environments.
Lower Floor: living room, bathroom, kitchen, pantry and service area.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom between them.
Bedroom 1: Balcony and hammock overlooking the sea, air conditioning, double bed, cable TV.
Bedroom 2: Side window and stairway overlooking the sea, ceiling fan and double bed.
External area: swimming pool with party room.
The privilege of this place is the proximity to the best, most beautiful and most peaceful beach in Salvador, rated as the unpolluted beach in Salvador. Perfect bath for children who love its natural pools as well as the beach with waves for those who enjoy surfing.
The bars, restaurant, markets, bakeries etc. are in the back streets. Rua Beira Mar where the property is located is only residential. On the beach, the stalls serve seafood
Here you can walk with your feet on the ground as the sand on the beach extends to the condominium door.
