A 4-block walk to Balboa Park, 5 minute drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to Coronado Beach. South Park's Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and tree lined streets give it an unmistakable charm.
The petite guest suite space boasts original hardwood floors, granite counters, a full kitchenette, queen sized bed, and a tile shower with rain fixture. Natural light pours through the bath skylight. There is a mounted flat screen television with Netflix and free high speed wifi internet. Laundry is available at the Posh Wash less than a block away.
Guests have direct and private access to the guest suite from Beech Street. Within the guest suite is a private full bath, kitchen, and bedroom. Please note that the backyard is NOT accessible to guests.

South Park has a reputation as a dog-friendly area, supported by one of the few designated dog parks adjacent to a residential area (at Grape Street).
The main road running North and South through the neighborhood is 30th Street, which is marked for both cars and bicycles and is served by the number 2 line bus.
The guest suite is part of a multifamily craftsman home. The guest suite, kitchen, and bathroom are all private. There are shared walls with the other unit(s). Please note the backyard is NOT accessible to guests. Posh Wash Laundry is less than a block away if you need to do laundry during your stay.

- One friendly small to medium sized dog allowed (no other animals). $55 (per dog) non-refundable pet fee collected when booking the reservation. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on property. All pet relief must be off property, Grape St dog park is within walking distance. Only dogs approved before reservation will be allowed at the property.
