Great Place to Stay

The house was very clean. The pool in the winter was very warm. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach/downtown Naples. Beds were comfy. Property Manager was very responsive.

Thanksgiving stay

This house was perfect for our needs. We were close to the tournament athletic fields which was the purpose of our trip. It was also about 15 minutes to Naples public beach which was wonderful. Our teens had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. We were there over Thanksgiving and the house had everything we needed to cook our "mini" feast and most of our other meals. The owners were extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. This was a last minute booking because our previous reservation fell through. However, good communication from the owners made booking and arrival a seamless, hassle-free process. The house was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home in convenient location

This home is beautifully furnished with a lovely lanai adjacent to the heated pool. We ate out in the lanai most evenings. The family was very quiet. Location was convenient to Publix and two fun restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Vacation!

The home is beautiful and has all of the amenities of top hotel. Each room is appointed with beautiful decor and the bedrooms give way to a comfortable nights sleep. All the bathrooms are large and with high end features. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals at home, complete with all cookware and utensils. The pool is private and the perfect size for a family. The patio and pool furniture are great for sitting out by the pool and relaxing. The home is clean and well maintained. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here on our next visit to Naples.

Fantastic Stay!

Perfect split bedroom Floorplan. Super clean, had beach chairs, pool floats and Tammy even brought by brand new beach towels which was so kind. Home is stocked perfectly and the pool nice and warm and BIG! Bicycles, super comfy beds and blankets and convenient location to everything in Naples. We will be back. Great communication with Tammy and safe and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Nice stay

Everyone enjoyed and had a blast very clean and updates great! Pool was warm and clean with plenty of pool toys and beach necessities, only downfall of you are beach goers it is a little bit of a drive but several options and all beaches are beautiful! Would recommend to anyone!!!!!

Nice home in Naples, close to 5th Avenue restaurants & shopping

We had a low key spring break staying here. Kids, ages 10 & 13, enjoyed the pool. Yard was super private and felt like we were alone in the neighborhood. Each bedroom had it's own private bath which was great. Cooked dinner in several nights and it was a well stocked kitchen. House had everything you would need to go to the beach, too.

Wonderful rental

This was a wonderful rental by every measure. The furniture and home were clean and comfortable, and located in a quiet community. The lanai was welcoming, the pool was crystal clear, heated to 88 degrees(!), stocked with assorted floaty toys, and private. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils and starter supplies you could ask for. The tennis and pickleball courts looked new, and were usually empty - we never had to wait to play! They were an easy walk away, but there were bicycles available if you wanted to ride. And our iTrip property managers were incredibly responsive to all of our needs - Thanks Neil and Tammy! We had a five-star experience!

Roomy and dog friendly - perfect for us

We needed a pet friendly house for our family of 4 - 2 adult children, dog and my husband and I. This house fit the bill to perfection. All three bedrooms were large and had a private bathroom so we all had our space. The house is clean and well appointed, we cooked several meals with ease. The covered lenai and pool were also great. We asked for the pool to be heated - it got to just the right temperature for December. We would stay again, even without the Dog!!

Lovely stay, close to downtown Naples

My husband, two daughters and I stayed at this property in Nov. 2021. It’s less than 10 minutes from downtown and all Naples fun things to do. House was perfect for us, lots of room to spread out and the most comfortable beds ever!! Loved it!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful time. Both my kids learned to swim in the house pool! The house had everything we needed and we had lots of dinners out on the lanai. Location was perfect, it was on a quiet street and we never really heard our neighbors. We did a lot of grilling and we were easily able to have my in laws over for dinner without it feeling cramped. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Exceptional Home

This home ticks all of the boxes on what you want in a rental in Naples. Comfortable, great location, clean, great space inside and out. The heated pool is spectacular. So many thoughtful items included: 2 bikes, beach chairs, small shampoos/soap, - cannot say enough good things about this rental. We’ve rented a few places over the years and this has been one of our favorites.
