Suite 209 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a new large walk-in shower. Suite 209 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

The view of the lake was unobstructed and magical. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, and the amenities perfect. The staff was friendly and engaging. We walked to dinner and shopping, to Avalanche Hill, and enjoyed it all. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and had a nice vacation feel to it. It was nice being walking distance to town and a short drive to Boyne Mountain. Will look here for our next trip.

Reviewer Comments: In our second stay at these Water Street condos, it is a perfect central location to enjoy all five of the recommended Petoskey fall color tours. And with great dining offers in Boyne City, and a balcony view right on Lake Charlevoix means we’ll be back again. Immaculate inside the condo, it has been freshly decorated with all the kitchen tools for making breakfast in the room before journeying out for daily color tours. No matter the season, a great place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I love staying at Water Street Inn, as the accommodations are always clean and comfortable and every unit has a million dollar view of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Beyond that, being right in the heart of Boyne City, the location can't be 's an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurant and an easy drive to Charlevoix, Walloon Village, or Petoskey when you want to get out and about.
