New Flooring and Freshly Painted in January 2022. Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 124 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This condo has been upgraded and the charming decor will make you feel right a home. It has a King in the Master, Two Doubles in BR2, 1 Double and 1 Twin in BR3 plus a sofa bed in the living room.
After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Great stay close to the beach

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. The property was clean and as described. We had a great time. The pool was nice and the beach was close. It was nice to not have to walk far to get a good spot on the beach. Communication was excellent and the stay meet our needs.

Nice place but needs a deep clean

The place is in a great location-- although If you want beachfront I would pay a little more-- would be better. The condo wasn't the cleanest -- the floors were pretty dirty-- we arrived around 4pm and they didn't get finished cleaning until around 430-5, but they allowed us a late checkout so that was good. I would replace a couple comforters they are dingy and a ripped curtain, but all and all it was a good stay. Easy check in, good location and communication was good.

Location was great- pool wasn't open but it wasn't quite into season yet so all good- easy walk to the beach- close to most of the courses we played. Would book again for sure.

Great Unit

Had a great time at HH. Loved the unit layout, fit our group perfectly with three suites. Unit was very clean and property manager addressed our few issues immediately. Unit was close to beach, great restaurants, night life, etc…. Would stay in this unit again.

The condo was exceptional and tons of space! We loved being so close to the beach and Coligny shopping plaza! I have booked several times from Seashore and have had excellent experiences! The staff is very helpful and quick to answer any questions! We look forward to visiting Hilton Head again and would definitely recommend Ocean One room 124! The room was amazing!

Ocean 124

Great location. Very short walk to pool and then access to beach from pool area. Close to shopping and dining. The home was mostly clean, but not spotless. The beds in one room were not very comfortable. They creaked at every little movement, which was difficult with trying to sleep with children in the same room. Rental agency was responsive and helpful when contacted.

Great Getaway!

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it! This time was a bit more inconvenient with the construction going on, but we knew that ahead of time. The unit is spacious and in a great location. The floors were a bit dirty when we got there, but besides that, it was very clean and ready for us. We love the spacious pool and proximity to the beach. We also loved the free rentals that we got with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Best little getaway

We celebrated my best friends 40th in Hilton Head. We were moved to this location after our first choice had to have some renovations done. We were very impressed with this location. It was very nice and neat and loved that it was right at the pool. We would definitely book this location again. The check-in process was quick and seamless.

Great location for vacation at the beach!

Nice 3 bedroom layout with 3 bathrooms. Water was slow going down in two of three showers but the property manager immediately took care the issue by snaking it clean. First floor condo was convenient with children; no elevator needed. Ocean One Condominiums is close to beach, restaurants and stores; you can walk most anywhere.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a couple of different units in Ocean One over the years and truly enjoy the property and the location is unbeatable! Unit 124 is beautifully decorated and updated. Not sure if it wasn't clean or if there is something wrong with the air handling system. Everything is damp: the floor (sticky and dirty), sheets, towels, our clothes. We haven't experienced that before in other units. The sheets and towels were old and stained and need to be replaced. There is a fruit fly problem, which we controlled with a homemade trap. There are very few eating utensils so with 6 people staying we had to use plastic and do the dishes often. There is only seating for 4 people to eat at the table with 2 bar stools. This was our only vacation for the year so we just overlooked it and had fun and enjoyed ourselves.

Even though the temperature was good there was so much moisture in the air our things felt damp. Towels, clothes, bedding even sitting on the sofa felt damp. We have stayed in many units at Ocean One and never felt this much moisture before. We also had a 14 month old crawling and toddling about and her legs were black from the floor. Had housekeeping come back and mop which helped some but not sure if the flooring just has a finish that rubs off easily or not. Would have liked a few rugs to walk on for this reason. Otherwise the unit was fine. Well decorated and supplied

Amazing location!

Well-equipped space literally steps from the beach! We had a great stay at Ocean One! We loved the pool and the proximity to Coligny Plaza. Our party couldn’t figure out the provided fire pits, but the chairs offered a great outdoor space. There were only four dining room chairs and two bar stools for a unit that sleeps 10 which made meals in challenging, luckily HHI offers so many great restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit many times and there have been some nice updates. Dishwasher probably needs replaced though and freezer ice maker doesn’t work well. Unit was mostly clean, but floors could have been swept and mopped. The patio table was filthy. Light bulbs were out in a couple ceiling lights and tv remote with no batteries (issues quickly resolved by seashore though). It is possible that no one was in the unit prior to us, but someone should come do a quick check of the unit in that case. Check cleanliness, lights, wipe down patio furniture. The cushions on the patio chairs and pretty stained and could use replacement. Finally, and this is no fault of seashore, but ocean one now closes the pool at dusk where it used to be open until 11pm. Also fire pits are not year round and it can get cool in the evening with the breeze from the ocean. These 2 things were very disappointing.

Excellent Vacation
