The Space:
Welcome to your lakeside haven!
This two-story retreat accommodates up to six guests (or seven with the ottoman bed). Upstairs, indulge in lake views from the master bedroom's queen bed, while a second bedroom offers two singles. Downstairs, another queen bedroom awaits, along with updated bathrooms for your convenience.
Relax in style with quality furnishings, a cozy log fire, and a heat pump ensuring year-round comfort. Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with laundry facilities for added convenience.
Park your car or store bikes/equipment in the lockable garage, while the secured property and fully fenced private garden offer peace of mind. You're welcome to use the BBQ, just a friendly reminder that it's provided 'as is,' as it isn't part of our cleaner's regular schedule. Thank you for understanding!
There are two Foursquare supermarkets within walking distance of the house. A nearby cafe for your early morning fix, and The Brantry restaurant are just down the road. On Sundays you are a short walk away from the local market on the lakefront.

Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.
Other Things to Note:
When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request, please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.
There is one security camera above the garage door, overlooking the driveway. The camera DOES NOT monitor indoor spaces.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number three days before your check-in date.
If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
