Hardwood floors and Central AC throughout. There is excellent space outside for lounging and dining on the oversized deck and patio. Wash off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Ample parking for guests.
The beach house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a beach across the street (private/exclusive to the neighborhood) and a marina and restaurants just a short stroll away. Drive just 3 miles to Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, and multiple other shops and restaurants.
