BEACH HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED FOR GREAT GETAWAY!!

Comfortable beach house with everything you'll need for a great getaway.
three bedrooms that cater for up to 9 guests - perfect for 2 families.
One indoor bathroom with shower as well as a hot/cold outdoor shower with change room- see attached photos.
Set on a large flat block with plenty of open space forchildren.
Fully fenced yard- making it safe for pets & kids.

Any easy walk to the beach- 800 m.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, upright stove & fridge.
All the cooking utensils you will need.

Laundry with washing machine.

Other features include TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system, ducted heating, BBQ, outdoor table & split system air conditioner/ heater.

Amazing find

This house was a fantastic find. It was clean, was fully equipped and the host Simonne was responsive and caring and always there to help. Even after we left, I misplaced my purse and Simonne allowed me one last look. Thank you Simonne. We will definitely book again!

Everything you need available and gorgeous backyard. Would not recommend walking distance to beach with smaller kids to beach. Would book again!

Great house, lovely location.

Relax at Raymond is a great holiday house for our family and furbabies. A quiet location with a big back yard, the house has everything we need and is only a short walk to the beach. Simone is always very accomodating and responsive.

Overall good property with large block to give you room to move. However dining table chairs had stains. Heating wasn't working which you need when staying with kids

3 x streets from an amazing dog friendly quiet beach. Property was well secured for dogs, very clean. Large, private well kept back and front yards. Plenty of parking. Can walk to the Rye shops or a 5 minute car ride. All provided. Check in process was seamless and friendly. Will be back. Nilmini

Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for a weekend stay around the corner from a wedding we attended. The house would be great for a larger family with kids, with its big backyard and toys and things to entertain. As it was, our fur babies loved the house. Simonne was very accommoyans we are grateful. Thanks!

Lovely beach house, which met all needs.

Easy walk to beach. Great place to ride bikes. Toddlers safe in yard. Outside shower was added bonus. Could have bought dogs but chose not too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Comfy, easy, light and lovely

We love this little house. It's clean and comfy, great beds, space for our dogs and Simone the Manager does everything she can to address any problems. The TVs didn't work but there was Netflix and who needs tele when you've got the beach?

Great family house

Neat, affordable little house with comfy beds and everything you need to cater for two families and fur babies. Great to have a decent sized yard where dogs are welcome. Manager Simonne was incredibly helpful and went 'over and above' to help us. Thank you Simonne.

Cosy home

Simone provided a very comfortable stay for our children and their friends. Comfortably had six 9/10 year olds sleep in the bunks and the huge backyard was a bonus for the girls to run around. So close to the beach and other attractions like the Enchanted Adventure Gardens. Thank you for allowing our twin girls enjoy their 10th birthday.
