As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious double carport and a charming mudroom, featuring a stunning barn door entrance. On the entry level, you'll find a well-appointed laundry room with floor heating, complete with a washer, dryer, and a specialized ski boot drying stand, ensuring your gear is ready for exciting days on the slopes. Adjacent to the laundry room, a convenient powder room is available for the lounge and kitchen area.

The master bedroom, located on the entry level, boasts a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a built-in robe. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake through the corner windows as you relax in this luxurious sanctuary. The ensuite bathroom offers the ultimate indulgence, featuring floor heating, a double-sized stall shower, a spacious vanity, and a toilet.

Black Diamond Retreat can accommodate up to 8 people and does not allow pets. Please note, the property is situated in a developing area, and construction may be taking place on some neighbouring properties.
Please Note THE Premesis IS Strictly NON-Smoking IN ALL Areas internally, externally and including the driveway.- anyone not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
