St. This direct Ocean Front unit has a view East to the Ocean and South down the beach for a mile or more on your private L-shaped balcony. Camelot 301 features two bedrooms and two baths. Relax in the living room or on the balcony with excellent views of the ocean. Camelot 301 being an end unit is next to the stairs so you can avoid the elevator if you like. There is plenty to do at the Camelot with one of
Ocean City's largest outdoor pool or bring your tennis rackets and use the private tennis court. On 133rd street you are within walking distance to many activities like North Side Park, mini-golf, and more.

Issues n out dated
Slider door not sliding, bathroom door gets stuck, tub drains were clogged, shower curtains with mold, water bugs. Usually not a complainer but too much on this property. Complained to management company n only offered $85 back for processing fee after laying out out thousands. Location was only plus. Beware.

Great View
While the condo was great, we has issues with the TV. It isn't a big deal until football, baseball or in the evening when you would like to relax. First it was 'in winter mode', then it needed a new box, then it was up to the owner to fix. It sounds petty until the 4th evening of watching 1990's CSI or D SiFi movies. We ended up watching games on the computer. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the area is peaceful.

Great location
The condo was in a great location and has 2 sets sliding doors on a large balcony on both sides of end unit right on the ocean. The place was large enough for family if six but needs serious updating in the kitchen and bathrooms.
