You will have access to the whole two storey home, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and living spaces upstairs, and an additional downstairs queen bedroom.
In addition, the laundry and garage are available for your use.
An outside sitting area, with gas BBQ is off the lounge.

The Neighborhood
Kings Meadows, located 5 kilometres south of Launceston city, is known for its solid 1950’s homes and the beautiful new homes on the hill. The Kings Meadows shopping precinct is one of the largest in Launceston, offering both a Coles and Woolworths, gift shops, delicious cafes and eateries, a fish and chip shop, many amenities and much more.
Looking for some entertainment? The Entombed Escape Rooms are nestled within the area. Enjoy solving your way out of a room full of clues, while racing the clock! Do not be fooled, this isn't as simple as it sounds. Just nearby is the Launceston Lanes Tenpin Bowling Alley. Challenge yourselves to an entertaining round, a competitive game in the arcade, and enjoy some tasty treats whilst enjoying a disco vibe underneath the colourful strobe lights that light the arcade up at night.
Only 7 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Launceston City has a variety of exquisite shops, eateries, and recreational grounds such as the beloved City Park, which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Notes
Please note the stairs to the downstairs bedroom are steep, but it can also be accessed via the outside ramp.
In addition, the carpet downstairs has a couple of marks, but rest assured has recently been professional cleaned :)
