Come enjoy all of what Lower Delaware has to offer; Bay Beaches, Ocean Beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping as well as Dining at some of the Best Restaurants in the area. Community Sits at the Back End of one of our Local Par 3 Golf Courses and offers a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. Elegant & comfortable furnishings throughout the home as well as new Flat Screen TVs with DVD Players and Bose Music station.
