We are a couple from Ontario, Canada who have made Florida our southern home. Having travelled to the Sunshine State since we were children, we always dreamt of having our own place and made this dream a reality in the 2021.
Why they chose this property
Being drawn to the water, we were on the lookout for a quaint, low maintenance property near the beach. We discovered Venice by accident and it has exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with the town, proximity to parks, amazing walks, local restaurants and the friendly people.
What makes this property unique
Everything is within walking distance: public beach, a multitude of restaurants, shops, the market, tennis, pickle ball, library, etc.
Carriage House, our complex, is meticulously maintained thanks to our Board. We have access to our own pool, grill, laundromat and storage unit.
