E302 is a two bedroom standard unit that will accommodate up to seven guest with it's spacious 1050sq. feet floor plan, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, sofa pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, and granite counter-tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a small bench for sitting, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has full and twin size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a renovated vanity and a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer and tile throughout the condo. The balcony has four chairs, a small table and a lounge chair. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
