The private heated swimming pool is open from Easter to All Saints holidays.
The villa is open for rental all year round, even outside the summer season for short sports stays, for lovers, with friends or family, for a weekend from 4 nights, per week and for longer stays, in the month, discover Corsica where the beaches have been deserted, and the wild maquis exalts its scents, in a superb modern villa located in a very pleasant setting, all comfort, quiet in the middle of nature

Egyptian cotton sheets and towels are provided, a pool towel is also provided for the pool.

Most of the villa: Beautiful refined architecture of 115m2, very comfortable, contemporary style, a superb wooden pergola, a very spacious deck terrace of 190m2, a privileged location, hidden in the countryside at the end of an authentic hamlet Corsica near a beautiful preserved Mediterranean forest and its fauna, you may be able to meet Hermann's tortoises in their natural environment, ideally THE The villa is located 2.5 km - 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of our beautiful island ! (White sand beaches of Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Rondinara ...).
The facilities are of high quality, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, an SIA sofa and a 65 'ultra HD XL flat LED TV screen (Orange TV), make the living room very pleasant, Nespresso coffee machine, WIFI internet is present throughout the villa, fully air-conditioned, designer furniture, 2 bedrooms 1 / The master suite with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom (contemporary shower, double sink and WC), 2/2 90 cm beds, and a bathroom bathroom with a washbasin and a contemporary shower, very comfortable quality bedding, 1 additional independent WC.
The superb private heated swimming pool (7X3.5m) and its huge wooden deck (4 deckchairs and 2 parasols are at your disposal), is located in a very sunny spot in front of a beautiful Mediterranean forest, not overlooked, is secured with an alarm. The garden with its Mediterranean plants was designed by a landscaper. Arrival / Departure: Saturday preferably in high season (July / August) other days possible in April, May, June, September, October and November.

Traumurlaub!

Christian und Marie Laurence waren reizend und tolle Gastgeber. Neben einer Parkkarte für den Strand Santa Giulia haben sie uns regelmäßig mit Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen ruhigen und grünen Oase sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Den Standpunkt zwischen den schönen Städtchen Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio fanden wir ideal. Strand und Supermarkt waren mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten mit unserer viereinhalbjährigen Tochter einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub im Haus von Christian. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und sauber- Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Der Pool ist geheizt und angenehm warm. Christian ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

nettes Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Terasse und Pool

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, um den Süden Korsikas zu erkunden! Laurence und Christian haben immer schnell geantwortet und standen auch vor Ort bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Im Haus gibt es alles, was es braucht, die betten sind hervorragend (habe lange nicht so gut geschlafen wie dort). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Terrasse: gross, gemütlich, mehere Ebenen, ruhig, umgeben von Grün, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten ... und ein beheizter Pool, der bei jedem Wetter zum Baden einlädt! Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich - aber man kommt schnell nach Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, zu sehr schönen Stränden oder auf den Bavella Pass zum wandern... Sehr empfehlenswert!

A wonderful villa with fantastic hosts

We have just returned from a week in this villa (myself, husband and two children). Christian couldnt do enough to make us feel at home and it had everything to make for a wonderful vacation! Thank you and we will definitely come back should we return to Corsica!!! Thank you!

La villa est extrêmement agréable, impeccable de propreté et l’accueil très chaleureux. La décoration comme le mobilier sont choisis avec goût et l’équipement est très complet. Nous avons apprécié la situation de la villa proche des plages et le jardin avec sa piscine chauffée, au calme en pleine nature. Private, peaceful and stunning villa!

Ideally situated between Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio, just a couple of minutes’ drive from the famous beaches, local amenities and restaurants, this stunning villa is set in a calm, peaceful and private location. The owners are very helpful and discreet. The pool was an absolute delight and greatly appreciated by our 8 & 10-year old’s. The villa caters for all holiday needs, is very well equipped with additional attention to detail. We truly could not have asked for more! Thank you so much and we look forward to returning soon. Un petit coin de paradis et propriétaire au top

Notre deuxième séjour dans cette villa et toujours autant enchantés Propriété correspondant en tout point au descriptif. La villa est très confortable et fonctionnelle. Idéalement située (proche de nombreux commerces et de la ville), cette maison est dans un quartier très calme et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine chauffé a 27° même au mois d'octobre. Christian, le propriétaire sera toujours à votre écoute et au petit soin pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Je recommande les yeux fermés. A l’année prochaine et encore merci.

Urlaubsidylle

Ein schönes, neues und modernes Haus oben auf dem Berg, sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist von allen Seiten von Bäumen und Büschen zugewachsen, sodass man vom Frühstückstisch aus den Blick auf den Pool und ins Grüne genießt. Der Pool lädt zu jeder Stunde zum Abkühlen ein und ist bestens gepflegt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Fürs erste stehen sogar einige Lebensmittel (Nudel, Reis, Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze) zur Verfügung. Auch eine Flasche Korsischen Wein, mit dem der Vermieter und begrüßt hat. Man braucht also nicht als erstes einkaufen zu fahren! Die Vermieter wohnen in der direkten Nachbarschaft, sind aber sehr diskret und gleichzeitig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei jedem kleinen Anliegen haben sie sofort reagiert. Auch Ihre Liste mit Restaurantempfehlungen in der Gegend war sehr hilfreich. Den Strand von Santa Giulia erreicht man in ca. 10 Autominuten. Vom Vermieter hatten wir einen Park-Ausweis, mit dem wir direkt in der Strandnähe kostenlos parken konnten. Das war alles in einem, eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit in dem idyllischen Feriendomizil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa au cadre verdoyant et proche de magnifiques plages. Nous avons bien profité de la très grande terrasse et de la piscine chauffée. La villa est fonctionnelle, très agréable, propre avec une décoration très moderne. Le propriétaire est disponible tout en restant très discret.

Lovely new villa with a modern layout

Parfait (si cela existe)

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille avec 2 enfants de 11 et 8 ans). Maison d'architecture contemporaine, toute neuve, très confortable et bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, parasol, wifi, machine à café Nesspresso, BBQ à gaz, serviettes et serviettes pour la piscine, etc, etc). Elle est située au milieu des arbres, au calme, on se sent tout seuls. La piscine est chauffée et sa température toujours entre 27 et 28°. Ce qui a été particulièrement appréciable, c'est que nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire à l'arrivée (huile, sel, papier toilette, lessive, produit vaisselle, etc, etc) ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas dans des locations. En échange nous avons également laissé les consommables non périssables. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. En résumé : nous en avons eu pour notre argent, et avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Excellent séjour !

Très joli maison moderne décorée avec goût et tout le confort : - Piscine chauffée avec Multi-LEDs (effet garanti pour les enfants !) - Grand écran TV de 65" - Wifi avec connexion auto - BBQ tout confort - 2 SdE séparées pour nous et les enfants Nous en avons bien profiter avec respect. A 5 min (heure creuse, sinon, compter 15min) en voiture de Porto Vecchio, nous avons pu profiter du centre ville et des belles ballades ou plages. Conseil : arriver tout pour profiter du calme pendant l'éte sur tous les lieux. Christian, le Propriétaire, est à la fois disponible, discret, et il a été à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous le remercions chaleureusement pour son très bon accueil. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons certainement !
