The main level is home to a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven and a great room. Just off the great room, you can head outside to a fantastic screened-in back deck area with an outdoor fireplace and flat-screen TV to catch the game and enjoy sipping some sweet tea on a hot day! At night, take in the Ozarks' fresh air as the sun sinks below the horizon and patiently watch for the first blinking lights of magical fireflies, an experience that will delight everyone from the youngest to the oldest! This level is perfect for those that have difficulty navigating stairs, offering 2 King Bedrooms with walk-in showers.

Just up the stairs to the third floor is the King Master with an en-suite bath and its own private deck offering the best view of Table Rock Lake! Another bedroom with 2 Queen beds is also on the third floor! If you're looking for the entertainment zone head downstairs to the lower level where you will find the game room complete with a Wet-Bar area, mini-fridge, microwave, and sink in addition to board games, cards, DVD Player with Family-Style movies, Skee Ball and Air Hockey! The lower level also hosts the remainder of the bedrooms offering 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and two more King beds. Head to the back patio to soak in your own private hot tub! This spectacular home is just waiting for your family to make memories and start new family traditions!

Branson Cove features a brand new walking path that leads guests straight to the beautiful Table Rock Lake. Enjoy stunning views of the lake and lush surroundings on your walk, adding even more places to make memories!

Family vaca

We loved our stay ! The kitchen was stocked tge best I have ever seen ! Anything you would need they had … beds were comfy and we loved having our own bathrooms … we had ten adults and 4 kids plenty of space for everyone The kids loved the games ! Would stay again!

Family Memories from Southern Charm

My family consisting of 11 adults, two teenagers, and 2 children was a delightful week for all of us. The accommodations were great, providing bedrooms with baths and a wonderful gathering space for us to be together for meals, games, conversations, etc. The location made transport to area attractions very accessible. Thank you for a week of memories for our family.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family reunion with 15 people ranging ages 2-68. There was something for everyone and it was also perfect for renting boats at the Marina all day. It was new, clean and overall a great time!

The property was very nice. And the view on all 3 levels was very nice too. When we got there, the washing machine wasn’t working but it was fixed in a timely manner, as was the hot water heater that went out. The floors could have been cleaned much better. Our socks and bare feet were always dirty. Even after showers/baths. It was a great location and close easy drive to lots of things we wanted to do and places to eat! We would definitely come back! Thank you! From the 18 of us!

Annual Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this property and found that it met almost all of our needs. It was true to the listing and the host was responsive to our questions. Our only concerns were the motion activated lights in the basement bathrooms and no communal bathroom on the main level. We had babies in both basement bedrooms and it was annoying that the bathroom lights came on too easily. A half bath on the main level would have been nice as that’s where we spent most of our time. But we give the property very high marks and would definitely consider staying there again in the future!

Excellent home!

This home was perfect for our large family. The game room and hot tub were perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The older adults took full advantage of the screened in porch with the perfect view of the lake. Perfect location and would definitely stay there again.

Nice house

The house was nice but the listing was misleading. There are so many houses that are nice it was hard to choose. We ultimately chose this house based on it's location on the map. But the actual location is different from where it appears on the VRBO map. That seems like a bait and switch. You don't have to put the actual unit number if you are trying to have some privacy, but at least put the actual neighborhood.

Great property with plenty of space

This is a great property to book for a family/friend get together! There are plenty of bedrooms and the layout was wonderful with a good view of the lake. If you are like our group and love to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with appliance and utensils, which is sometimes not the case with house rentals. It's also close to all the action in Branson! The only minor complaint I have is the turn off from the main road and the parking lot was a little tight, but we realized there was a second entrance down the road that was much easier to turn into! Overall, a great place to stay!

Amazing home for family reunion

This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family reunion of 20 people. The house was very well appointed, very comfortable and very clean. It came with enough plates, cups and silverware and all the cooking appliances and pots and pans one could possibly dream of having. The views of the lake from the house were amazing and couldn't be beat. The management team was phenomenal - I received numerous text messages prior to our stay and throughout our time at the home checking in to make sure everything was going well with the rental. While there was some home construction happening around the house as the development expands, the windows were excellent at shielding any outside noise. When the construction is completed and all landscaping is done, this will be a beautiful development.

Absolutely wonderful!

This place exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend to anyone. Beautifully decorated, nicely stocked kitchen and towels for bathrooms. There were no pictures on the site of any of the bedrooms or bathrooms but they were spectacular! Love this vacation rental! Top notch!

Great House

Although there were only 2 of us (last minute road trip), the house was really great. Spacious on all the levels. It truly feels larger than it's square footage. Had fun with the games in the basement and loved having a private hot tub. We have one at home, so it was perfect! All of the linens we used were brand new and on great shape. Loved having kids of blankets around to curl up in and read a book or watch TV. Thanks for a great stay!

Fully recharged

Wonderful spot for my family and I to get away and recharge. We all enjoyed the wii, air hockey table and hot tub. The electric fireplace on the screened in porch was perfect while relaxing during the cooler evenings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our family meals but I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the gas grill. We certainly plan to return again!
