Our condo is located in the heart of Squamish; within walking distance of downtown, the waterfront, restaurants, trails, & more. Short drive to golf, climb or ski.

What makes this condo unique is the townhome style. Outside you have access to a private front courtyard, or back deck AND backyard; equipped with propane fire pit & BBQ. Inside, the condo is spacious and extremely well equipped for your longer stays.

We are open to longer term rentals so please reach out to us and ask about discounts for your longer stay.

Linda’s place was not only in the perfect location, but it was also spacious, charming, and the perfect spot for two people to work remote and spend the month in Squamish. We walked to anything downtown and were a short drive to iconic places like whistler, Vancouver, and several climbing areas. I don’t think we could have found a better place!

My husband John and I (Linda) purchased this condo during a difficult year for all of us. We live in Ontario, Canada, while our daughter, son-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter live in Squamish, BC. It had been over a year since we had visited with the family and we were not sure when that would change. We have long considered buying a second home in Squamish and decided this was the right time.

Why they chose this property

What immediately attracted us to this condo was the location and the outdoor space. In past years I may not have been so concerned, but COVID certainly raised the appeal for external front door access ...no elevators, no shared internal hallways, just open fresh air and you walk up to your front door. Our first time walking through the condo was on the actual closing / purchase date and we were very pleased. It feels spacious and it is very bright, and the proximity to walking trails and downtown was even better than we had hoped.

What makes this property unique

As a grandparent my first surprise benefit was the playground, literally steps from our door. Branching off from the playground are various walking trails that take you through the Squamish Estuary trail. The access to grocery stores, pharmacies and the lovely village downtown is mere minutes (4-5) away.
