We invite you and your guests to indulge in a subtropical island vacation in our beachfront townhouse on South Padre Island. Our family-friendly 4-bedroom home has the dreamy atmosphere of a New England beach house with the boisterous setting of a tropical island. With room for up to 10, our fully furnished bedrooms and 3 upstairs bathrooms will make you and your guests feel right at home. Our Primary Suite is a vacation destination all on its own with its private beachfront balcony, full bathroom, and bathtub overlooking the ocean. Our 1st and 2nd guest rooms are ideally suited for a family who wants to stick close together thanks to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a King bed while the other has 2 Queens. The 4th guest room has a full bathroom across the hall, a comfy king bed, and a flat-screen TV. Our home has fast Gigabyte wifi, perfect for remote learning, business travelers, and gamers.
Our open-floor living spaces make a befitting backdrop for your beach vacation. The foodie in your group will relish having a kitchen loaded with full-size appliances, a taste of the beach right out the patio doors, and the freshest flavors from our charming local grocery: Blue Marlin or the weekend Farmer's Market. Our perfectly equipped kitchen overlooks our dining space that doubles as the headquarters for your family's annual Game Night. Our warm, wood dining table seats up to 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar, which looks across the kitchen. We've outfitted our living room, which we've playfully dubbed "The Napping Capital of South Padre Island," with a vast L-shaped sectional that is everyone's favorite spot in the house. You can see the entire downstairs area, the pool, the beach, and the TV from here. And while our living space is everyone's favorite indoor spot, our private patio with bubbling hot tub and private pool is everyone's favorite outdoor spot. Thanks to the grill, outdoor seating, sparkling pool, and fantastic beach view, you and your crew will spend most of your time on our patio. South Padre Island's smooth sands and warm gulf waters will be just steps away from you while you dine alfresco, sip drinks, and make memories with loved ones. Our vacation home is exactly what you're looking for. Pro-Tip: If you have to work, binge-watch your shows, update your status, or stream your vacation to your followers, you'll be happy to know you won't need to disconnect! This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The living areas and kitchen are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the patio and pool. On the second floor, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room, and counter space with a coffee maker.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
