The apartment offers a large open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with quality furnishings, huge 65” smart tv with Foxtel Platinum Plus, unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD player, sound bar, and floor to ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking water views, sliding doors open out onto a full-length covered balcony with outdoor dining facilities.
The modern renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of Ceassa stone bench space to prepare meals and the bonus of an extra bar fridge for drinks.
The main bedroom has stunning water views and access to the main balcony to allow the refreshing sea breeze to flow through. The bedroom features a King size bed, 55” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has also been renovated, it has been fitted with a large shower and vanity and houses a front loader washing machine and dryer, the bonus of having the toilet separate is very functional.
* Please be advised there is currently renovations taking place in unit 4 of this complex. There will be some associated building noise during this time. Renovations are to be completed by Mid November 2024.*

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
