Overall this house was in a great location and was comfortable. The house is quite old but has been styled nicely on the inside. Inside was warm with heating in each room. Linen and towels were nice aswell with comfortable beds.
Recommendations - Kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils, cups and mugs. Shower screen easily comes off rails and a little dangerous with children. Outside furniture and gardens could be improved.
Older but super cute little home in gorgeous location
Our family of five loved staying in this house. It is an older home, but super cute and super clean. Yarralumla is a lovely, quiet suburb to stay in and we could easily ride bikes to the lake, the yacht club for lunch :-) and the local shops. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!
The property is indeed old, but the host has made the little house very comfortable. Beds and linen great, hood good laundry facilities, kitchen does the job (no dishwasher) so long as you're not hoping to cook big meals for lots of people. Close to shops, the lake and all the sights of Canberra. We had a great easter long weekend staying here.
