3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.
4) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.
5) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play(sheets are not provided).
6) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.
7) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

9) For Uber/Lyft/Door dash or other similar services: Drivers will need to provide a photo identification and proof of requested service to gain access to the community.
10) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.
11) Important Notice Regarding Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property and our guests, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras located on the premises.
A front door camera to monitor the entrance area. This camera is active only in public outdoor areas and do not monitor private spaces such as the interior of the home. It is used solely for security and safety reasons.
The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for no additional charge during your stay!
Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities.
The property distance to the closest clubhouse is around 8 minutes walking. The Distance to the main clubhouse is around 4 minutes driving.

To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.
