This adorable 3 bedroom home is located right next to the beach access. A two and half minute walk from your door you will be on one of the most unspoiled beaches on the east coast. This immaculate home features a reverse floor plan with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and has access to the front deck. The double sinks and walk in shower make you feel right at home. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and its own bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor.
The 2nd floor is warm and welcoming with an open floor plan with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated. The flat screen TV will be the perfect spot for the family to watch a movie after a fun day at the beach. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and king sized bed right off the living room.
The galley kitchen has all of the appliances you need to feel at home. There is a table to extend the work space and also houses a drink fridge.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck watching nature wake up in the large lagoon with the Harbor River in the background. The lagoon is home to a large variety of seabirds who seem to enjoy an audience.
This home enjoys the use of all amenities on the island, but guests also have access to the pool at the ocean view villas. This permits you to use two different pools on the island.
Harbor Island is a private gated beachfront community located just 13 miles from Historic Beaufort, SC. Enjoy 3 miles of unspoiled beach and amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center and volleyball court.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
