Villa Scorpio - Infinity Pool, Endless Blue Escape
This impressive villa is located on the East coast of Attica, in a unique location of 5000m2, touching the sea, overlooking the Aegean Sea, straight to the Cyclades Archipelago.
The villa was completed in the summer of 2004 and the last time it was fully renovated was in the summer of 2024.
The main gate is located on a private road and the total interior spaces are 360m2. It consists of 5 bedrooms (1 on the upper level, 4 on the ground floor). Four of the five bedrooms are oriented East facing the Aegean Sea.
All residents have the privilege of privacy, separate entrances and bath/shower with toilets.
A large living room with a handmade stone fireplace and stunning sea views gives the exciting feeling of sailing on a ship!
An amazingly designed infinity pool measuring 12m long and 9m wide, is always there, ready to give you unforgettable moments of fun or relaxation.
The pool is lined with the unique aesthetic coating EcoFinish™, the only one with NSF/ANSI Standard 61 certification for Pool Linings and Drinking Water Systems as well as IAMBO Mark validation. This ensures that it has a neutral pH and that no substances arise in the water that act negatively on human health.
Magnesium is found in seawater, in the human body and in all living organisms. It is the main component of chlorophyll. Magnesium is a mineral necessary for the proper functioning of the body. In addition, it has been known for years for its rejuvenating properties in magnesium-enriched baths. It is also known that magnesium is suitable for relieving physical pain, skin care and its positive contribution to muscle problems.
This is what we chose for our guests during the last renovation, to offer the best in the pool area. The MagnaPool system is the only system that uses magnesium to disinfect water. Thus, the pool water becomes a mineral, offering your body all the positive effects of magnesium.
Of course, there's always direct access to 2 different points in the sea (a rocky but accessible in front of the house and on the left side a small pier) for those who prefer sea water.

It was a common dream of both my wife and me to build a house next to the sea. We were planning to move permanently and leave Athens City forever. You can feel that this house has been built with passion and personal care. It's a house with character surrounded by extremely positive energy -as many of our guests said so far.
Nevertheless, life is tricky and usually plans change in a minute.
So, we decided to rent our house.
Bringing all my experience from the cruise ships among my wife's affection for decoration and her deep knowledge of hospitality, our home became "Villa Scorpio".
It may be listed as a self-catering villa but I can assure you that it could be easily characterized as a private hotel.
From our side, we can promise you that we will do everything possible to make your vacations smooth and relaxed. We'll be on call 24/7 for anything you'd like to ask. We will support you in finding and arranging a daily visit to a historical place, to a scuba diving safari at the Aegean waters.
