Fantastic property in great location
Perfect house for a few days away with friends. Group of four ladies, everyone had more than enough space, with superb bedrooms and living area. House is of extremely high quality providing everything for a comfortable stay. Host Roy a pleasure to deal with, extremely responsive. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house and perfect location
We loved our stay here in Terrigal. The house is located in a quiet street. Erina Fair less than 10 minutes one way, and Main Street of Terrigal and the beach a few minutes the other way. House has a great layout and the downstairs room with the mini kitchen and bathroom was perfect for my parents. Lots of natural sunlight in the morning which was great. Definitely recommend this place and will look to stay again in the future.

Lovely clean, modern 4 bedroom house. Suited us, being 4 ladies staying for 3 nights to just sit back and relax. The outdoor area at the back was lovely, and comfortable furniture to sit in. Our host Roy was lovely to converse with, nothing was a problem. Would stay here again.

We went here with the family to celebrate my mums birthday, the place was great with all of the rooms, very clean and great layout! Location is great, very close to beaches, night life, shops, restaurants but away enough that it’s very peaceful and quiet! Would definitely recommend!!!

The host Roy was available to assist with any questions The home is beautiful clean tidy spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Quiet location close to beach shops restaurants and the basketball stadium which was a must for us ! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again if the opportunity arises . Thanks Roy !

Stayed at the house with my husband, adult children and partners. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and tidy with plenty of space for everyone. Roy was a very responsive host and the check in process was excellent! It was a decent walk to the beach and town, but definitely walking distance. Would recommend.

From the moment you step in the door you felt as if you were in your own home. The owners have thought of everything that you need to enjoy your stay. All that we really needed to take was our clothes and food, everything else was there. The property was immaculately clean and maintained. Excellent kitchen with sharp knives! Very clean, bedding and towels brand new. Central to terrigal township and Erina Fair shopping. Great location for walks. Beautiful home in a perfect location☆☆
From first opening the front door, we felt welcome in this beautiful, tranquil and amazing, spacious home. The layout of this house, gorgeous decor, cleanliness throughout, plus all the extra bits and pieces really made our stay a perfect one. The location is in a quiet suburb, which was very relaxing and the sounds of kookaburras and other birds really added to the atmosphere. Being close to the beach was ideal. Roy was a wonderful host and we will definitely be staying longer next time. The photos on the website is one thing, but this home is just stunning. Thank you for having us 😉

Christmas with family
Nice easy lovely location. The ducted air conditioning was great. Alternatively we turned the air con off for Christmas day and had drinks and nibblies outside as the breeze from the front balcony and back yard doors being opened was very welcoming. This property is a decent walk to the beach, approximately 10 minutes. Well worth the walk in peak season. Fantastic communication with Roy and Angie. Our teens loved their own space downstairs and us grown-ups up stairs. Plenty of space and very comfortable for the five of us.
