New floors installed, new heat pump ac unit installed . Bright and open style apartment unit located directly across from Red Shores casino and Eastlink Center . Unit has 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed and 1 futon bed . This air bnb has a nice open concept kitchen for your convenience! Washer and dryer in building (not in unit) This unit is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from downtime . Has a private parking lot free for guests as well. Any other questions feel free to ask. Thx-Mark
