Beautifully renovated two bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor at The Surf! Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay here. Take your meals outside on the furnished covered porch overlooking the pool, and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Two beach accesses take you directly onto the sand for a day in the sun. Or, if you prefer, relax around the large community pool which includes a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away. 

The comfortably furnished living room is a relaxing respite from a day in the sun. The large sliding doors beckon you out to the private balcony to take in the oceanviews and salty breeze. The modern kitchen provides all the necessities for your stay, including table and bar seating.

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change). HOA run
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See Ward Realty's website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this condo does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
