Platinum Escapes Holiday Management welcomes you to Solace One of the few remaining beach shacks left in Mollymook and if you know Mollymook, than you will also know that Mitchell Parade is highly sought address.

This older style beach shack has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably accommodates eight guests, that takes in the beautiful location of Mollymook Beach and glimpses of the Pacific Ocean.

Split over two levels, the property offers an upstairs open plan living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, the generous outdoor deck looks over an expansive fenced yard and is complete with outdoor dining and BBQ.
The downstairs bedrooms, bathroom and laundry is accessible via external stairs.

Stair access to the northern end of Mollymook Beach is only 25 metres away - making this unique home perfect for a large family gathering, or a get-together with friends and families.

Another gorgeous stay

Very relaxing. So easy. Love the view and have fun wondering which flag will fly at the house opposite each day. We’ve done this now for a few years. Hope to be back again next year.

Disappointed with property - loved location.

Would not stay here again based on being almost $650/night. Renovated inside but very run-down externally. Airconditioned - only in living with fans in upstairs bedrooms but not in downstairs bedrooms. Lounge is damaged, worn and dirty - needs to be replaced. Split over 2 levels with no internal stairs between levels. Deck needs to be cleaned/ painted. Deck furniture mouldy, Lots of weeds and dead plants in pots and garden.BBQ needs proper clean or replacement. Pet friendly but as fence not secure we had visits from the neighbours dogs. No heat lamps in the down stairs bathroom. Fire pit still had burnt logs from last use and was half full of water.

Brilliant location, great house with a lot of potential

The property is in a great spot to get to the beach, and has a wonderful backyard and deck, with a very functional kitchen for a rental. The house is split in two - - upstairs main queen bedroom, room with 2 singles and room with one single. - Downstairs, with external access only, is the double bed room, a room with single Bed, a bathroom and laundry. The house has a lot of potential though definitely has ‘rustic beach charm’, and is in need of a very good clean, including the kitchen, couch, bathrooms and bbq.

Mollymook beach house

The property ticked many boxes for a very diverse age group. The weekend of our stay was exceptionally wet and we were unable to enjoy the generous verandah and child/pet friendly garden. Proximity to the beach and shops was ideal , had the weather been better. Would definitely consider renting this property in the future

Yes. Good pricing and communication from the team Love the Location, size and being dog friendly, I Would recommend the beds and couch be updated, however. They are very old and not supportive enough. If this occurred, we would very likely stay regularly. Stayed 28/03/2022 to 03/04/2022
