This incredibly spacious luxury 2 level Penthouse condo has a bright and open floor plan with a massive amount of interior and exterior space. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and on the second (top) floor, a bar room which opens up to a huge private 2-floor rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, BBQ and sink for entertaining family and friends.

Fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator, full oven range, dishwasher and microwave. Granite counter tops and plenty of counter space. Laundry room with washer/dryer, and air-conditioning in each room.

With only 9 total condos in this complex, the common area has beautifully manicured tropical gardens, pool, washrooms and a 2 level terrace: one covered sitting area, and another upper sun deck. Included in the rental of this condo is 2 parking spaces.

Why they chose this property

Spectacular two floor penthouse condo. Close to beach and action but far enough to enjoy some quiet relaxation. Sian Ka’an Condo is a modern spacious 2200 sq. ft. condo, just 800 meters from Xcalacoco beach in the exclusive Diamond Zone of the Riviera Maya (12 minute walk to the beach). You have access to a private beach club where you can get cold drinks, food and lounge chairs.
Sian Ka’an is located in northern Playa del Carmen in the El Cielo secure Gated Residential Community. The beach in this area has the whitest sandy beaches and bluest water of the Caribbean. The community has so many beautiful green areas which can be enjoyed on bike and walking paths that offer an opportunity to see great views and lots of wild life (including monkeys).

Very private with amazing outdoor private rooftop.
Although it's quiet, its not far from beach 12-15 minute walk and only 10 minutes drive to downtown Playa. Grocery stores are very close, including Sam's Club.
