I wrote this as an overall 1, not because of the unit, which was excellent but the despicable lack of service by the booking agent Red Awning. The code to the access the unit never came through by email. I got the code for the gate and assumed that must do both, which it didn't. They made it almost impossible to contact human to get Help. I was directed to chats where nobody replied, the web site which provided no details of the code when I signed in, then they gave a number to call, so I had to go through the call menu twice to get back there to write it down. This number supposedly contacted a person but in fact just rang out, three times. Then I found an email with another number. This gave me an office closed recording, after again having to call in twice to write it down, it was 4- o'clock in the afternoon! It did then give an out-of-office number to call, which they read once quickly, so had to dial in again to write it down. this time we got a person who was very skeptical that we didn't get the email with the code but eventually let us have the code to get in the unit!
