400m to the Beach, Sunny Holiday House and Pets are Welcome
Welcome to our family's holiday house in gorgeous Ventnor.
Pets are welcome, 400m stroll to the Beach.
A wonderful place for lazy days on the beach and relaxing or exploring all the amazing places Phillip Island is renowned for.
Open plan living and kitchen, opens out onto sunny back north facing deck and lawn.
Fully equipped kitchen + dishwasher, renovated bathroom.
Netflix, wifi, puzzles + games.
Note: 3rd bedroom is a separate detached studio retreat with aircon.
If you've been to Phillip Island before you know it's a special place to stay, if you haven’t then you better get down here! :)
You're welcome to stay at our family’s beach house, a short 400m stroll to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Ventnor Dog Beach
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a policy that you are welcome to ‘use some, leave some’ use any of our supplies and in turn leave some of what you have.
Seasonal herbs and some fruit/veg available in the garden, please help yourself and be considerate to leave some for others.
SLEEPING: 2 Bedrooms in main house and a detached studio retreat
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and built in robe.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Studio at the bottom of the garden provides a great retreat and contains 2 single bunk beds and 1 single bed and split system heating/cooling.
LINEN
Bring your own sheets, top and bottom and pillowcases.
Doonas and blankets supplied.
TOWELS
Bring your own teatowels, hand towels, bath towels and beach towels.
ENTERTAINMENT
TV with Netflix, wifi and puzzles, games and books available.
Badminton net and racquets. Boogie boards under house.
HEATING/COOLING
The main house and detached studio both have split system heating/cooling so stay cool in summer and cosy in winter
PETS
Pets are welcome, please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them. The block is fully fenced.
PARKING
There is ample parking within a fenced block. The driveway is long enough to accommodate car/trailer combo.
The whole property apart from the garage is available for guests to use.

BEACH
400m stroll to beautiful Red Rocks and Ventnor Beaches, safe for kids or 10 mins to surf beaches by car.
Dogs are allowed on leash at nearest beach or walk a little further to Ventnor off leash area
SHOPS
Milk bar and bottle shop within walking distance on the corner of Anchorage Rd.
Cowes supermarkets and restaurants are 10 minute drive.
Local bus to Cowes and Wonthaggi
Bring your own linen.
