Power outage do occur on the island frequently. We have a solar powered emergency lamp. Usually, the power comes back quickly.

Our dedicated local team is working hard to ensures a smooth and comfortable stay, but delays in repairs or maintenance can occasionally occur.
Maintenance staff may need to access the condo during business hours; we will always notify you in advance when possible.

Perfect getaway family vacation
This place was beautiful- the pictures don't do it justice. The 2 balconies were oversized, the bathrooms were wonderfully remodeled, and the views were spectacular. The 2 beds upstairs were nice and large- good enough space for my 6.5 foot husband. The air conditioning was very efficient and cool, we were more than comfortable even with the hot temperatures and humidity outside. Great communication and we appreciated the little guest book on the table with recommendations of places to go and things to do. The ice cube trays were even full as well as the Brita water filter waiting for us when we arrived. Overall excellent 5 star experience. :)

What a beautiful condo & in a wonderful location! Everything is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms spacious with plenty of towels. Kitchen is very functional and comes equipped with all the bells & whistles. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Villa
Beautiful spacious two story villa with the most amazing view. Two balconies overlooking St. John and gorgeous blue waters. Well decorated and perfectly located. The cleaners did an excellent job prior to my arrival. The resort has an incredible bar with excellent drinks, friendly bartenders, and very good food. There is a beautiful gift shop where I purchased wonderful souvenirs, and also a coffee shop with delicious coffee that offers breakfast and ice cream. There is a fancy (expensive) restaurant that is only open for dinner and weekend brunch. Snorkeling at the resort is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The town of Red Hook is only about a mile away with additional restaurnats and a grocery store. The ferry to St. John is also located in Red Hook and is cheap (only $6 each way) and fast (20 minutes). Can't wait to return here with my family to enjoy St. Thomas and St. John again.

We have stayed at Sapphire Beach a few times and decided to go for this larger unit for the first time. Worked great for our family of 3. The view from the top deck was the best!

Amazing stay- GREAT condo!
We stayed at this property in Aug 2023. I searched several properties before booking this. It was the perfect for us - me, my husband, and two older kids. The condo was clean and spacious for the four of us. It was hot in August & the AC was cold! The balconies offer gorgeous views of the beach and sea. Shampoo and conditioner are supplied as well as hair dryers. This was helpful as we traveled with carry on luggage only. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We went to the grocery store to get food/drinks and went out to dinner every night. We snorkeled right at the beach and saw amazing fish in the reef. The beach is so close and is lined with trees so there's plenty of space to get shade or sun by the beach. The Beach Bar is a casual place to get food/drinks. Staff are friendly and the food was very good. The condo is in a great location - building B is a very quick walk to everything. There's also a coffee shop there with breakfast sandwiches, a pizza place, & a little boutique shop. We opted not to rent a car and used taxis instead. They are lined up at the resort and are very easily accessible. There's a lot to see in St Thomas & we also took the ferry to St John one day, where we did rent a car and went to 2 beaches there. Alexander, the host, was quick to respond during the booking process and while we were there with any questions we had. The condo is just as pictured- if not better. It was exactly what we wanted for our vacation & we would definitely return!

Beautiful and Relaxing
This was a great place to stay. The condo was on two floors and both had outdoor porches with seating and the best view of the beach and the ocean. Two full new baths and an updated kitchen. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Red Hook and just 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Any questions that we had, were immediately answered by the host. It was a great experience

Nice little condo
The views are breathtaking and really the view is what made our stay at the condo the best. The cabinets could use updating and the place did have a humid smell to it. There were cracks in the countertop and no hot water upstairs. The downstairs shower was not working during our stay but the owner did disclose that to us. The owner is very willing to help and is quick to respond so that makes up for any discrepancies u may notice about the place. The pillow cases could be exchanged too but really we did have an amazing time at sapphire beach and would come again.

Gorgeous & Convenient!
Alexander was amazing at answering all of my questions. This was our first time to St. Thomas, and I really feel like he went above just being a property manager with answering my questions regarding taxis and transportation! The property is BEAUTIFUL and easily slept the four of us. Additionally it was super convenient! There was out front beach access with access to a coffee/breakfast/ice cream shop, and two beach bars with food within walking distance. There’s also a taco stop nearby, so finding a taco was always easy. Plus it was a quick ride to Red Hook where a good bit of the restaurants were. I highly recommend staying here, and I definitely will be again!

Simply beautiful and perfect
Our host was great and made sure we had what we needed. They provided extra towels midway through the week and a light cleaning. I’m a bit of a neat freak so we didn’t need much, but we did appreciate the supplies. The condo was just as pictured and everything was clean. The host had the sofa bed made for us so my son could sleep downstairs. The bathrooms were spacious and had hairdryers, soap and shampoo. The kitchen had just what we needed for me to cook a few small things for my husband because he’s on a strict diet for an illness. The location is absolutely perfect so close to Red Hook with a great grocery store and restaurants. But the best part, the view! Omg to wake up to the most beautiful sunrises every morning was amazing! I pray that my family will be back and I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you for an amazing trip that we desperately needed after a tough year.

I am so glad we picked that property!! It is at great location Building B is right in the middle between the pool and the beach, the view is fanatastic. The property was very clean and has everything even the snorkeling kits was there. We all loved the place. Alexander is great host he responded immediately to any message. I would definitely recommend that property if you re going to San Thomas.

Sapphire Beach is the Best on St Thomas
Can’t beat the location! Right on the beach and close to Red Hook for stores and restaurants. There could be a few things updated in the condo like the sofa, but for the most part this place was great. Communication with host was great and when there was a problem they were right on it. Can’t complain at all!

Needs to be Gutted
Inaccurate to say the least. Mold on the ceilings. Extreme black mold next to main avenue vent. 4 foot radius. Filters never changed. As in never over 5 years worth of dust, debris sand. Upstairs shower no hot water. Random peoples hair all over the bathroom walls. No dishwasher soap. Old linens, could feel every spring. Cabinets pealing. Tape everywhere. Electrical never updated, 1st day no ac, paint chipping and pealing. No house cleaner. Usually a 7 day stay house cleaner comes on mid week. No. Washer dryer. No soap to clean dishes. Entire unit smells like cat/cat piss. Disgrace this property is even allowed to be on VRBO. We’ve stayed at sapphire 7 times. This is by far the worst unit. Pictures are from years and years ago. Don’t stay here. Pick any other property at sapphire you will not regret it. I have pictures and videos for anyone wanting or needing. Owner should sell to someone who will renovate!

Born to love the ocean and beaches but have to work in the Washington D.C. area, we enjoy hosting guests in our vacation home in St. Thomas. Speaking with guests and helping them plan their vacation bring me closer to this little paradise.

Why they chose this property

Once you get there, you will see that this is just a spectacularly beautiful place on earth. Palm trees cast shade onto the white sandy beach. The bay has two coral reefs and crystal clear, turquoise water. It is all framed in by several islands including famous St. John National Park. You get to enjoy all this from the condo with two balconies directly on the Sapphire Beach facing the Caribbean Sea. The condo has plenty of space to accommodate the entire family, and you have everything to make you feel comfortable. The condo has been remodeled.

What makes this property unique

You can not be any closer to the beautiful ocean and beach than in this condo. We love the exposed wood of the cathedral ceiling which makes this a very elegant home.
In our opinion, the condo is on one of the nicest beaches on the island, and yet you are less than a mile from Red Hook with all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and ferries to other islands. Red Hook and our Sapphire Beach Marina are great jump off points for sailing adventures and other boating excursions.
