Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

TN and TX ski chicks do the Boat!
We had the best time at this cozy ski in-ski out condo! It was a perfect birthday weekend with friends. The house is so cozy, communication was amazing and we had plenty of room to park our cars. I would definitely book this location again! Thanks for having us!

we Love Stemboat
This was the second year in a row we visited Steamboat for our ou ski vacation. It just so happens it was also our favorite ski trip in many years. Our skii in ski out town home was fantastic. The proximity to the slopes makes things easier but the views of the mountain are what stood out the most. We also used the hot tub everyday and of course took the it rip shuttle into town for a few incredible meals. We will be headed back to Stramboat again next year and will continue to work with iTrip. 5 Star service.

Amazing views
I have rented this house two times now and I will be back again. Ski in ski out can’t be beat and the view of the mountain and slopes is amazing. I had 3 friends with me and everyone had their own space to be comfortable and socialize

Location, location!
Nothing beats walking out the door, stepping into your skis and hitting the slopes! This place was perfectly located on the slopes. Just a quick run to the bottom where there are restaurants, shoppes and the gondola. The unit was cozy and well appointed. We would recommend this rental!

Outstanding Slopeside Condo at Steamboat
This 3BR, 2.5 bath condo end unit is outstanding! Our group of 6 had plenty of room, with wonderful views of the mountain from inside the unit and on the outside decks. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped (including a crock pot which was a nice kitchen item to have for getting dinner done while we were skiing), and the main TV (and the TVs in the 3 BRs) had cable, which helped us avoid the hassle of relying on the streaming of content. The property management folks were very responsive to any questions we had (and they waived the early extra-early check in fee when I texted them about our connecting flight into Hayden being delayed so that we could not use such early check-in time). We will come back to this place the next time we ski Steamboat.

Beautiful property
I stayed here with 6 people. We had more space than needed. But it was perfect. The location is prefect. Early am skiing- for those that prefer- and ease of hooking up with the afternoon skiers is perfect from the house.

Great Place for What We Wanted
This place was great for us because it hit our main priorities, though those with other priorities might not enjoy it as much as we did. We basically used this as a home base, and much of our time was spent out in nature. Our biggest priority was to have a deck with a great view to drink our coffee in the morning and eat dinner in the evening. That box was checked, and because this unit was on the end of the building, the deck was bigger and wrapped around the building. It was much better than the smaller decks on other units. The view of the ski slopes and trees was nice. There were no buildings blocking that view. Also, the bed I slept in was very comfortable, which helped me get some good sleep in preparation for another day of play. There was a gym down the road, and we used it a couple times. It was good, though it's small. While we were there, the pool closed at 6 pm, which is too early. They said this happened because there is a staff shortage. This isn't any fault of the condo owner, but something to be aware of as of August 2021. If you place a priority on updated interiors, this place is a bit dated. The furniture is all fine, but some of it definitely isn't new. The biggest thing keeping this from a 5-star rating is the washer and dryer. Both of the doors on the machines were broken and didn't seal without following the instructions posted. The dryer was being held shut with tape, and one time the tape lost its stickiness and the door came open, stopping the machine. I came down much later to find it open and the clothes still wet. I had to get more tape to keep it shut. That was definitely an inconvenience, but ultimately not a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I'd recommend this place because it checked the boxes on the things that we cared about.

Lovely spot
This is a great property located slope side. I’m assuming it’s great for ski in/ski out, but we were there in the simmer. We saw moose, black bear and deer and had easy access to trails for mountain biking, hiking and the disc golf course just up the slope. Very quiet there as well. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything a home cook might need. We will be back

Nice accommodations
Our entire stay was very pleasant and when we had a toilet issue, they addressed it immediately. Very quiet location however the pool and hot were not open late enough. Closing at 6 and 8 is not helpful when other resorts close at 10. That is our only item we wish was different.
