Petit Lagon is in Petit Cul de Sac, on the Levant estate, one of the most calm and exclusive properties in the island of Saint Barthelemy. The lagoon beach is at 150 m from the villa. Sun loungers are available, underneath the coconut tree.

The villa is very close from the hotels Guanahani, Sereno and Toiny. Le Ti St Barts is also very close!
To go to the Nikki beach at St Jean, to the Do Brazil at Shell Beach or to Isola or Bonito in Gustavia, you can take the beautiful road of Grand Fond...

Fantastic

We loved our home away from home at Petit Lagon. The villa was beautiful and peaceful with all the comforts and practicalities of home. The pool was wonderful and our kids loved it. The Manager, Pierre was extremely helpful and helped carry our luggage to and from the villa. I highly recommend this villa when considering a place to stay on St Barths.

So hard to leave Petit Lagon Villa!

We fell in love with St. Barths and with Petit Lagon villa! What a special and relaxing place! The villa had everything that we needed especiallly the concierge,Pierre, he was extremely helpful with every question we had and made us feel right at home. We will return to this island and if we are lucky stay here again!

St Bart's is Perfection - Pierre is a Star!

Our entire experience on St Barts was exceptional....and in no small part down to Pierre and his hospitality looking after us. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the island in general, Pierre in particular and the ambiance and relaxation that this vacation provided....5 Star all the way.

Christmas in Paradise...The Villa Petit Lagon, St Barts!!

Our family Christmas holiday 2015 on St Barts, although too short, was absolutely magical!! With the sheer beauty and energy of this little gem of an island, the hospitality and kindness of its beautiful people, the fabulous restaurants and experiences, you can bet we will return! Villa Petit Lagon exceeded our expectations with her private, exclusive, tranquil location, luxurious comfort and amenities. Simply relaxing on the sunny deck, taking a refreshing early morning plunge or au natural moonlight swim in the crystal clear sparkling salt water pool. Fresh baguette and croissants delivered by Monsieur Pierre every morning...his impeccable service, kindness and attention to detail. The phenomenal view of Petit Cul De Sac, its spectacular exhibition of surf exploding on the outer reef and cliffs beyond. An azure placid lagoon, great for snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Walks along an empty palm fringed white sand beach with warm gentle breezes...just you, your love and paradise. The best surf break on the Island is just a short drive away! These are but a few of the magical experiences and memories that make this Villa and its exlusive gated community location sooo amazing. Petite Lagoon, wonderful heaven!

We came here for our honeymoon. After very high recommendation from a friend, we opted to rent a place from Pierre, and we could not be happier. It was lovely in every way. We are planning a trip back and will rebook with Pierre again. This property is so beautiful. Every need we had was met. I cannot say enough good things about Pierre and the Petite Lagoon!!

Most relaxing!

We have a home in Tortola, BVI and find we are always busy working on the home and gardens. We come to St. Bart's for some true relaxation and this villa truly offers relaxation. The views are lovely and the pool refreshing. The bed linens are some of the finest we have seen in rental units. We were greeted to fresh croissants and a baguette every morning! Yum! Pierre was most gracious and helpful when deciding upon restaurants and activities. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for use in the bay. All in all, our week was what we needed to unwind and this villa was the perfect place to do so!

De superbes vacances

La maison est certes petite mais pleine de charme. Le domaine est très calme. Pierre Bertrand était au petit soin avec nous, croissants au petit déjeuner, bon plans sur l'île, trouver une Baby sitter ses indications nous ont permis de passer un séjour très agréable.

Perfect

We have been coming to St Barts for many years and this stay was absolutely our favourite, both the villa and Pierre were perfect. The villa is relatively small however has all the space we needed with a lovely pool, great dinner area, lounge chairs, a grill and very spacious bedrooms. The views are gorgeous and its only a 1 minute walk to the private beach. Pierre was a delight to work with, very attentive however very respectfull of our privacy and only there when we needed him or reached to him, he brought us breakfast every day and was very helpful in booking diving trips and helping with the rental car agencies. Overall a fantastic expierence and we highly highly recommend this beautiful villa!

Awesome

In hospitality, "Surprise and Delight" often is over-used and under delivers, however, Petit Lagon (and the manager, Pierre) is spot on and exceeds any expectations. It is often the small things that add up to a memorable experience and Petit Lagon provided plenty of thoughtful touches that made for a wonderful stay: from the daily pain au chocolats, croissants and petite baguette that are in the kitchen when you wake, to the refrigerator pre-stocked with water, beer and soda to greet you after a long day of hot travel, to the half-pound of coffee provided knowing you would have no time to hit the supermarket before breakfast, to the lovely Lara who meets you when you arrive and escorts you through the circuitous roads that lead to a villa tucked away on a quiet and remote road, to her offering and washing a wine-stained shirt from an overly-aggressive toast at Eden Rock, to Pierre being very thoughtful leading up to our stay by offering to help rent a car and stock the pantry. The kitchen is small (and it is best to leave the back door open to get a wind draft through to blow out the mosquitos), but more than serviceable. The living room and dining area are an open plan, so bring bug spray. The two bedrooms are hermetically sealed chambers that provide a nice air conditioned respite from the heat. Everything is spotless. The website doesn't mention there are paddle boards, kayaks and two tennis courts available for use, however, with the awesome pool and the amazing view, there is really no incentive to use them. If there was one suggestion it would be to install a fan over the outside dining area to help circulate and cool down the air. Other than that, this place is perfect!

Petit lagon

We had a wonderful experience at petit lagon. The view, the pool and the area were all perfect. Pierre was incredibly reliable and responsive . I can't wait to return. And miss it already. Highly recommend.

excellent séjour

Séjour en famille, nous avons été emballés, aussi bien par la location que par les prestations. L'accueil sur place et le service ont été excellents avec une prise en charge dès l'aéroport, et jusqu'au retour à ce dernier, avec une très grande disponibilité. La jeune femme en charge du ménage était charmante, discrète et très efficace. Rien à ajouter de plus, sauf une énorme envie de revenir !

Small house with great service!

We have stayed in many houses on St. Barth in all different areas. But never at Petit Cul de Sac, which really is a small community of houses with private access to the lovely beach. The Villa Petit wagon is exactly that: small but very comfortable with a lovely view over de Cul/Bay. Pierre is the manager, but much more than that: he lives very nearby, brought us lovely breakfast croissants each morning and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We highly recommend the villa for any small family or 2 couples and will likely return there many times. Our only recommendation that we have is some padding for the beds, since they are quite firm.

Good villa; excellent service

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks time in St Barts and Petit Lagoon villa well met our needs. One of the key factors that made our trip special was the exceptional service by the concierge/manager Pierre. He is excellent! Thank you for everything!
