This stylish three bedroom apartment is nestled under a quiet family home in a gorgeous cul de sac just metres from Malua Bay Bowling Club and a short walk to the picturesque Malua Bay patrolled beach.

With views of gum trees, well maintained gardens and the sounds of Aussie birdlife, you've got the best of both the bush and the beach at this snazzy 3 bedroom apartment.

This 3 bedroom "house within a house" is family friendly, affordable, located near "corner shops" & food establishments, and is just a 500 m walk to a patrolled beach.

We have made it our mission to ensure your stay is comfortable and that you feel at home. Our goal is to help people have affordable holidays so we try as much as possible to keep our costs down.

There is a queen room, double room and twin room.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and pots and pans you might need, and the lounge room has a bunch of family friendly DVDs, books, games, puzzles and toys.

All you need to bring is your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, toiletries, food and your holiday mind set.

Note: In order to keep our prices low we do not contract cleaners. We rely heavily on each tenant to clean the house on departure so that all we need to do is inspect and give the house and fabrics a quick sanitising spray.

Very homely and comfortable

Great place to stay for a family getaway. Suitable for young families, we stayed with 2 adults and 3 x kids (7yo, 4yo & 1yo). Very clean and tidy property with everythingy you need. We will definitely look to stay here again when we next head to the coast.

Very comfortable & convenient
My family enjoyed our 3day weekend at Malua Bay, despite some especially wet weather! The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable and private. There was lots of room and we found everything we needed. The lovely beach was only a 5min walk and there's a little group of shops down there with all the essentials. Bateman's Bay is an easy drive away and we even went to the movies there one wet afternoon. We plan to return one day and would definitely choose this apartment again if available. The costs are kept down by asking guests to BYO linen and clean up after themselves which we thought was very reasonable.

Great- location very peaceful, apartment is very well appointed with an amazing kitchen and living room. Bedrooms, we used two of the three as two queens and the other room had 2 singles, this apartment worked very well for two couples but would also be great for a family or girls weekend away.

A short and sweet stay in Malua Bay!
Leanne's property, The Apartment, was perfect for our multigenerational family of five. It is very well appointed, perfectly clean and very easy to live in. Our girls really enjoyed the games and toys provided and playing in the garden. The position is very handy to the beach and seaside shops. We really appreciated the very reasonable price in exchange for bringing our own linen and leaving the accommodation clean and tidy. Thank you Leanne and Brenda for an easy and comfortable stay - we certainly hope to return.

Amazing experience
My 3 friends and I went on our first girls trip since we finished year 12, and the place was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was so beautiful. Not long of a walk from the beach, the house was in a quiet and pretty area, as well as being stocked with any games or cooking supplies you could need. Hosts were wonderful with communication, definitely recommend.

Excellent accommodation
Exceptional accommodation for the price. Very clean and spacious, had everything you require and beat beach cabins at caravan parks hands down - kids and partner loved it and had a great time. Also a great location at Malua Bay on a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac. Then there was the price - even cheaper still and the host was responsive, helpful and flexible. Highly recommend a stay at this little gem on the Sth coast.

Very comfy and exactly as described
It was clear from the moment you open the front door that Leanne had a keen eye for interior design. Beautifully styled while still being homely. Our favourite item was the amazingly huge island bench. Perfect to bring the family together after getting back from the beach (or enjoying a glass of red once kids are in bed!). Very close to the beach, the brand new Club Malua and Raymonds. Thanks again for an awesome stay and look forward to returning soon.

We previously owned "Jazzed up beach cottage" at Surf Beach which was also listed on this site with great reviews and lovely testimonials from happy guests. After selling our jazzed up beach cottage in April 2021, we've gone from "jazzed up" to "snazzy", and we've taken all the same care to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful time at the coast.
