This is a great property. I have stayed two different times during work events and have found the house clean and tidy. The hosts are great! A very quiet neighborhood too. I will stay here again and recommend to coworkers.
In town for a family memorial service, we were looking for a clean, quiet place to rest at the end of the day. John & Sheila's place was just that, and we appreciated it very much.
The smell of fresh baked bread and a loaf for me on the counter…Wonderful experience for my first VRBO. I’ll stay here again on another work trip. Older house but very comfortable.
I spent 5 weeks here for a PA school rotation nearby and this place was perfect for the longer stay. It had all the kitchen essentials including some storage items so I could take lunch to work. I felt perfectly safe the whole time, the owners were quick to reply to messages, and the location was close to everything in town, especially the gym.
We were so comfortable during our 12 day stay at John and Sheila's house because of the convenient location, excellent wi-fi and excellent laundry facilities. The house was super clean, the refrigerator large, the water hot, and the sitting area comfortable. The Thompsons were personable and knowledgable hosts, dedicated to insuring that they were immediately responsive to their guest's needs. They definitely get a "thumbs up".
Highly recommend this house. Great hosts, let us check in early and the homemade bread was a fantastic welcoming gift. Kitchen utensils and linens were top shelf. The heater was great, must be newer. House close to everything needed in town. Would definitely stay there again!!!!
