We had a great time at this property! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We made crockpot dip and homemade bagels during our stay! The location was perfect. Near a great coffee shop and downtown Sister Bay. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful Location and Stay in Door County

The house was well put together, had everything we need, very clean, and a great location to get downtown Sister Bay but not in the middle of everything! Whole weekend went beautifully while staying here.

Great Bachelorette Weekend!

This is a beautiful home in a great location - wooded and close to water, but also to town. We had 12 adults staying for my daughter's bachelorette weekend and everyone had a bed. Everything was clean and well stocked (T.P. etc) Tim was extremely responsive - texting to make sure check-in went well and we had everything we needed. I managed to lock us out on Saturday and his response was immediate and we were able to get in quickly. I would definitely go back!

Friends weekend away

There were 3 couples staying this weekend and the house worked perfect. Kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

Lots of room to spread out and on a very nice lot. Kitchen well supplied, but some pans could be replaced. Really pretty setting and really enjoyed the time spent there.

Door County stay

The property we rented for our Door County stay with friends was above and beyond what we expected. We’ve been coming to Door County for over 40 years. The house was very clean with lots of amenities and close location to the center of town. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and our host was kind to check in with us after the first night to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely book this property again. Our only regret was that the trip was TOO short.

Perfect location, super hosts in Sister Bay

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. This amazing home accommodated our entire family plus an RV! The hosts were gracious in all that this home provided and even went above and beyond with a small issue that we encountered. We would highly recommended this home and it’s beautiful wooded surroundings for another stay!

It’s got it all

We loved our stay in Sister Bay. The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything from marshmallow skewers to matches. We loved how close the fire pit was to the home so we could run in and out for drinks and other things we needed. We would love to come back and stay here on our next trip to Door County. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Fall Fest Sister Bay

Every year, my fiancé and I get together with some other couples in sister bay for fall fest. This property was perfect for us. Close to downtown sister bay, spacious, clean, and the owner is very helpful. Perfect rental from the start to end of the process!

Family weekend

We stayed in this lovely home with sisters, a couple spouses, and a few adult children. The guys were there for the Peninsula Century. The ladies were there for Door County fun. The home was lovely. I would say it was bigger than the pictures showed. Two of the bedrooms were perfect for the couples. The third bedroom was ok for everyone else. The beds were short and a couple of the adult gals complained about that (5’8” and above for the ladies sleeping in that room). These beds are not meant for adults. The hosts were very sweet. Left a welcome bag of goodies with a cute Rockwell Retreat tote. Tim was very quick with communicating. The wifi was out when we were there and he bought our group a gift card to Wild Tomato - a DC iconic pizza place. The decor is beautiful and up to date and was very clean! We are a bunch of clean freaks so we all appreciated that. The outdoor patio was perfect for gathering with the group. Overall we loved our short stay and would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Amazing Quick Getaway

My husband and I wanted to go somewhere before our baby is born, just the two of us, and we found this property. We stayed inside the house the entire time because we are nervous about the pandemic, but everything was incredible! We had a fire every night and loved being in the woods. The owners were very quick to respond and super easy to work with. :)

Great Door County Location!

We absolutely loved the property and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and the property was very clean and well kept. The location was great as we were within minutes of downtown Sister Bay and under 15 minutes to Fish Creek & Egg Harbor. We will be coming back again next year and plan on booking the same property. Also appreciated the discount at Lure!

Excellent Stay, Close to Everything

Can’t say enough great things about this property. From the location (which is fantastic) to the property itself (which is wonderful), we had an exceptional stay in this home. The location is very close to downtown Sister Bay, but is located in a very private little neighborhood. The home has a large wooded lot, which affords a nice level of privacy, which also helps to keep things quiet. The home had plenty of space for our family of five, plus enough room for us to have a small gathering of family and friends who were also in town to celebrate our wedding with us. The one thing I would recommend is having a few more pots and pans for cooking. This would have been a bigger deal for us had we planned to stay in for meals more, but we were able to make do with what was there for our needs. The bedroom setup was good for our group too. Plenty of beds for all, including extra throw blankets for cuddling at night, and enough water pressure and hot water for there to be two showers running at a time. And the master bathroom shower... perfectly awesome. We wish the fireplace was on the tv side, but it still was nice to have a fire while the kids watched TV. Made the house nice and cozy. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, too. They were responsive to all inquiries prior to our arrival and checked in with us once we were there to make sure we didn’t need anything extra. We actually left a coat once we checked out, and they offered to mail it to us. Really wonderful customer service, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for a wonderful little place to stay while you’re in Door County, this home can’t be beat. We definitely expect to be back again. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of Door County heaven with us!
