Hola,

My name is Gary and I live next to the hotel in private accommodation. You will usually find me around during the day (after a morning surf) attending to the pool and gardens and am always happy to help with any questions you may have, am also usually around to greet you on arrival along with Wally and Willow (my two dogs).

I am very well travelled and after many years living out of a backpack have finally settled and now call Costa Rica my home.

I enjoy meeting new people and take pride in offering my guests a relaxing stay here at Nakanku Lodge.

Wally & Willow enjoy cuddles and are very sociable and friendly. You will usually be greeted by wagging tails or even accompanied on a walk to the beach.

Nakanku Lodge is central to many local beaches, surfing, horseback riding, yoga classes/schools, hiking/walking, and Mountain biking. Yet enough off the beaten track providing a secluded and peaceful environment away from the noise and distractions of civilisation.

We are surrounded by natural beauty, with towering trees, exotic plants, and diverse wildlife. The ambience is tranquil, serene, and rejuvenating from the evening scents of the Ylang Ylang tree to the sounds of the ocean waves echoing in the distance.

Here on an adventure or to simply relax Nakanku Lodge is a rustic, simple yet unique accommodation that offers guests a chance to reconnect with nature and escape from the stresses of daily life.
