The house was very organized and clean. Only had a couple problems (towel rack in bathroom wouldn’t stay up and saw a couple ants). The house providing everything needed. We absolutely loved it and will be booking with them again!!!
The house was very cozy and comfortable. Loved the beds, the pillows, comfy blankets and the location of the house was very convenient! We will definitely be back!
Place was not clean, had weeds growing in the rain gutters, first appeared to be an abandoned shack.
Found dry dog urine on a wall, large spider upon entry, silverfish, caused wife’s allergy to mold to kick in, kitchen was greasy, oven and range hood filter were filthy. Plus other issues.
Clean and tidy rental with washer and dryer and fully functional kitchen. Generous amount of towels provided as well as kitchen implements and spices. Beds were very comfortable!
Though not directly on the beach, this property had easy access to an uncrowded beach in Lincoln City. It was in a great central coast location- lots to explore. Worked out great for resting and recharging. The house was very comfortable.
Great stay loved the location. Place is big and furnishings are nice and comfy. Will seat a group well. All the little extra kitchen appliances are a bonus! The only complaint I have is, the entrance and the patio need work bad! The curb appel is greatly lacking! It wouldn't take alot to make a huge difference.
Old and run down! Inside was a pleasant surprise considering first impressions of the outside were horrifying. The worst thing is my wife fell through the rickety deck busted and scraped her knee, bleeding and a bruised hip. We will see what the doctor says after her visit.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. This house has everything we needed! Full kitchen stocked with utensils, washer/dryer. Board games for the family and plenty of sleeping space. The patio has a comfy seating area. We felt that the outdoor area was very private because of the big trees.
We were able to walk down to the beach. There is a great little coffee shop down the street within walking distance and some great gift shops close by.
We will definitely stay here again!
Very comfortable. Property was amply supplied and amenities were good. We did not have cushions on chairs outside but that was the only thing. Wonderful stay. Would happily come back!
I reserved this house for a long weekend at the beach with my wife and 2 boys (ages 3.5 & 1.5). The house was great! Very clean and modern inside, with lots of room for kids to play. Full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. 1 room had a queen size bed and a futon that folded down for another bed. The other room had a queen and bunk beds.
Positive things: house is right off the main Hwy I reserved this house for a long weekend at the beach with my wife and 2 boys (ages 3.5 & 1.5). The house was great! Very clean and modern inside, with lots of room for kids to play. Full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. 1 room had a queen size bed and a futon that folded down for another bed. The other room had a queen and bunk beds.
Positive things: house is right off Hwy 101 in Lincoln city.
Lots of room inside and out for families.
Very secluded property.
Negative things: house is very hard to find at night. The address didn't come up on Google Maps correctly. Google will take you to a different property 100 yards away, very confusing. took us 10 minutes of driving around to find the location of the house.
House is very deceiving on the outside... I was honestly questioning whether or not I had gotten scammed. It was only after unlocking the door and stepping inside that I realized this WAS the same house I booked online and everything looked great.
Check-in time 4pm.
Check-out 10am
Super late check in & way too early checkout

Liked: Communication, location
Solid property with room for finishing touches
Pros:
- Great location to walk to cute shops and the beach access (with a roundabout walk to not play frogger on the 101)
- Plenty of space to accommodate two families
- Inside of the property appears newly renovated
-Crock pot, air fryer and all the appliances are helpful for meal planning (minus the BBQ-see below)
- Privacy was a plus
-Responses were quick whenever we reached out.
- Very reasonably priced- we appreciated the beautiful touches on the inside (and the couch was so very comfy)
-Washer and dryer were excellent for two families enjoying the beach!
Cons
- We tried to use the BBQ and there was significant mold on the grates and inside. Reached out to property manager and was offered a deep clean. Not sure how that would help....
- Door was hard to get into but quick response from owner got us in.
- There are no cleaning supplies there so bring some disinfecting wipes- no vacuum, no cleaner to wipe down counters (a must after cooking) and limited soap (laundry and dish)- They offered to bring a small vacuum on the second day. Beware of ants in kitchen and cupboards!
-Deck is slippery and felt unsafe-it's a great outdoor space but needs to be treated and repaired. Exterior is in need of a good sprucing up!
-Having to have your own streaming service for a live TV option was rough, especially during football season.
Overall, we had a great time on the property and enjoyed our stay over New Years!
