Very nice bottom of Villa of standing in a splendid entirely renovated villa completely independent of the top. We privatize the pool for our Tenants and the garden.
The apartment is furnished with taste and provencal style. It has 2 sea view terraces, 1 protected from the sun or rain.
The villa is located on a beautiful sunny hill and quiet with panoramic sea and estérel.
In February the whole hill is bloomed by the mimosa forest that surrounds us.
The pool is very large 11m / 4m and its large beach pool contains beautiful sunbathing garden furniture, parasol.
This villa has a lot of charm or there is good life.
It has all the amenities to spend a beautiful holiday.
For holidaymakers a ping pong table is available as well as petanque balls.
It is located 100m from the forest or you can practice beautiful hiking, biking or jogging.

The apartment is on the ground floor and privatized pool for tenants. it has a large terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue and panoramic views of the Lerins Islands and the bay of Cannes.
The pool is very large 11m x 4m She has a very beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds and plush furniture garden;

Sehr schöne Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Umgebung und sauberer Pool mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten und genügend Schatten. Wunderbare Aussicht! Vielen Dank! Wir hatten traumhafte Ferien und würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!!

Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Die Wohnung von Elisabeth ist sehr ruhig, oberhalb von Mandelieu gelegen, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ganz schnell am Meer. Sie ist sehr geräumig, hat eine riesige Terrasse mit Sonne und auch natürlichem Schatten und einen großen Pool. Außerdem hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Elisabeth und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten bei der Abreise eine Jacke vergessen und sie würde uns sofort nach Hause hinterher geschickt. Leider gab es recht viele Mücken, was insbesondere abends nicht so angenehm war. Von Mandelieu aus kann man sehr viele tolle Ausflüge machen und Elisabeths Mann bietet auch eine Tour mit seinem privaten Boot an.

Fantásticas vacaciones en la Costa Azul. Anfitriones 10!

Hemos estado una semana dos familias con hijos adolescentes, y ha sido fantástico. La localización de la casa inmejorable, a 10 -12 minutos de la playa, supermercados, y multitud de servicios ( en coche). La casa tiene unas vistas sobre la bahía estupendas. La casa ofrece multitud de servicios que creo que aprovechamos todos todos (bbq, zona chill out, piscina, mesa de pin pon,….). Y lo mejor la simpatía y cercanía para ayudarnos en todo momento de nuestros anfitriones Beth y Patrick. Tuvimos un problema para recoger el coche de alquiler porque llegamos en Domingo, y Patrick nos acerco. Muy agradecidos y si volvemos, sin duda repetiremos!!

Super vakantie

We hebben het erg leuk gehad in het verblijf. Mooi uitzicht en lekker zwembad. Goed voor 2 gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Hele mooie omgeving vlakbij het strand en bij Cannes.

Perfect family holiday home

We stayed in this beautiful villa for almost two weeks. Plenty of space for a family. So much outside space with a fantastic pool and lots of seating areas and the most picturesque views. Betty and Patrick are so very kind and the perfect hosts. Located high in the hills a car is needed but only a short drive to local shops and beach and beautiful town of mandelieu not far away at all. Lovely walks behind villa over looking mountains and sea. Would highly recommend thank you so much to Betty and Patrick

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Der Außenbereich mit mehrere Terrassen und Sitzecken ist wunderbar. Der große Pool und die Aussicht mit dem Meerblick - einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gleichzeitig diskret zurückhaltend. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet und das merkt man auch. Es ist alles vorhanden, um dort einen traumhaften Urlaub zu verbringen. Bei Problemen helfen die Vermieter immer sofort.

Excellent séjour dépaysant avec vue mer.

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans cette location avec piscine, terrasse et très belle vue sur la mer. Le logement avec deux chambres climatisées est tout équipé avec le barbecue au gaz et plancha et mobilier extérieur. Propreté irréprochable et accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à Betty et Patrick et à Lolitta.

Skøn beliggenhed og skønt hus

Ferie med venner på dette skønne sted var helt perfekt. Betty og Patrick er meget imødekommende og havde vi spørgsmål var de meget behjælpelig. Ellers bemærker man ikke at de bor der. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge og vi nød de skønne ude omgivelser med den store pool og liggestole. Et absolut skønt sted at holde ferie. Der er roligt og fantastisk udsigt.

A fabulous week on the Riviera

The villa was everything we needed for a family of 7 - plenty of space, well appointed including a lovely pool, air conditioning, very clean, well maintained, private parking and very well located for easy access to the coast and other attractions with great views. Our hosts, Elisabeth and Patrick were on hand to assist with any queries or problems although they respectfully kept their distance from us. We went on a boat trip with Patrick for half a day which was the highlight of the week for us - it was excellent and Patrick was a great guide and host. We would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday in the Cote D'Azur and we would love to return. Thank you for making a truly memorable holiday! Eliot, Geraldine and the boys

Brilliant holiday apartment.

A nice apartment in a quiet surroundings. Lovely pool with well equipped furniture. Cozy bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Pakking space in the yard and just a short drive down the hill to the city center and bakery. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The apartment is higly recomemended.

Fantastic family holiday!

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks this summer. It was very comfortable and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were 8 people in our party and there was plenty of space for us all. The views over Mandelieu were amazing and the children loved swimming in the pool. The property is in a very convenient position for lots of excursions and the owner offers sailing trips in his boat. This was one of the highlights of our stay. The hosts were always very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for both couples and families and we will certainly look to return at some point in the future.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Super Meerblick!

Dilber E. Ein schönes Haus mit Pool. Lage, Panaroma, Pool vorallem sehr tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Bootsfahrt mit Patrick ist sehr zu empfehlen, ob die Reise zu den Inseln oder einfach auf dem Meer zu schwimmen. Alles in allem, ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, wir werden wieder kommen!

Fantastiske hus.

Absolut et fantastisk hus. Beliggenhed - udsigt - værter - pool, er value for money og bestemt et sted der kan anbefales. Huset er hyggeligt indrettet og det er nemt for en stor familie at bo i huset uden at gå hinanden på nerverne. Lidt for mange pynteting men det er også charmerende. Værten tilbyder til favorabel pris tur på vandet med sin båd og det kan varmt anbefales uanset om man er til fiskeri eller bare en tur til øerne ud for Cannes. Bestemt et sted som vi ønsker at komme til igen.
