Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, close to beach and restaurants. House has everything you could need. Hot tub was great, but cover was a bit of a struggle to get on and off. Overall we really loved it and would stay again.

Gorgeous Views

Our stay was absolutely wonderful with sweeping view of the ocean. We enjoyed every part of the house for a small family gathering. Home is well equipped and perfectly located! The only drawback is there is only one shower in downstairs bathroom but we made it work. Home interior is a bit dated/worn or this would have been a five star stay!

Awesome beach house

Great location for a family getaway. We just wanted a short weekend away with our OSU teen and this wonderful beach house perfect. Plenty of space for a small family. The view can not be beat. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Newport had plenty to explore for two days. The hot tub in the evenings was icing on the cake. House was clean and comfortable and well appointed. Great location!

Nye Beach

Quaint and cozy beach house with great views of Nye Beach and ocean. Clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the beach, coffee, assorted restaurants and shops. Everything one needs for a great beach vacation.

Love the Beach!

The property was great and loved the ease to access the beach. However, the bathroom upstairs doesn't have a shower, just a tub. So, the only shower is inside the downstairs bedroom.

Beach house Newport

Upon our arrival we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher . Also the stove light was out . It was hard to cook without proper lighting . I texted our contact person. She said that she would come to look at it and replace it . She never came !

Wonderful views poor accommodations

Nice view. Property manager was very nice. Condo pictures were over stated. Unit needs paint. Carpet is worn. Bath on main floor had rotted floor so when you stand in front of the toilet it moves and the seat falls. Hot tub did not work. I did not report that.

Spring break 2023

This is a great property with beautiful views right on the beach (though no direct access). It is well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quick walk to town for cute shops. Downside for a group of all adults would be the 1 shower, but we made it work. Really cute house!

Very Misleading Description

First I want to start with the positives. The house was clean, the location was amazing and for the most part the house was well stocked. We could have used more towels and paper products. We had two major problems. We got to the house late in the afternoon and it was freezing. We wore our coats for the rest of the night even though we turned on the space heater and had the heat on in every room. By the next day the house had finally warmed up. The second issue was the hot tub. We opened it up on our second day and the water was not clean and below the heating element so it had shut off and was at 70°. There were also no chemicals for the hot tub. The hot tub was prominently featured in the listing and was one of the main reasons we chose the house. We called our contact person and left a message and never heard back from her. We called the after hours maintenance and left a message and again heard nothing. We called evolve and did get a person who sent us an email and wanted photos and we sent photos of the hot tub and eventually got a reply that said they couldn’t do anything about it. We were very disappointed in the lack of communication and the inaccuracy of the listing. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and have never had an issue like this.

Great ocean views!

Great location. Beautiful views. Easy beach access. Due to the small common space, in the winter, when the weather makes you spend more time inside, this home is probably better suited for smaller groups.

The location was good and a nice view

Very cool, good location, older house so it has quirks, but overall well stocked “with all the stuff” if I would recommend anything it would be to have some heat on prior to arrival . It took quite awhile to warm the place to warm up.

Beautiful view and clean

Beautiful view and great historic home. Listing and reality are a little different. There is 1 shower and not a lot of comfortable furniture that isn’t metal chairs for gathering more than 2 people given the price per night. Clean and lack of washer/dryer access is problematic for longer stays.

Perfect Oregon Coast Getaway

This beachouse was so charming! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view and the sound of rolling waves was perfect. Ideally located a short walk down to the beach and to several restaurants and shops. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect getaway

My family had a lovely relaxing time! The kids (10 & 11) enjoyed having their own space to play games and hang out downstairs. You can't beat the view! I loved spending hours reading with the sights and sound of the waves. We enjoyed sunsets in the hot tub a couple of nights. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants and close drive to other sites. Would highly recommend!

Excellent rental - we will be back!

Unbeatable 180 degree views of the ocean, great location, clean and comfortable and perfect for kids. Our 2 and 4 year old LOVED the downstairs play area and the adults loved the deck and sitting room with beautiful ocean views.

Amazing home

What an incredible view! We were lucky enough to snag this home for a quick trip to Oregon and what a wonderful surprise. Excellent proximity to some great food, snacks, grocery, liquor and access to the beach. Communication with owner was amazing and they were exceptional at ensuring our visit was everything we expected. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach access and downtown area. The kids played games and used the beach toys and most importantly it was dog friendly. We cooked a lot. Kitchen pots and pans were adequate. Not much for seasonings or condiments but we expected that with covid.
