20 foot ceiling in the living room greet you as you walk into this 3 bedroom ,family friendly house with private pool. Smart tv’s throughout the house , Nest thermostat to control the AC & heat , primary suite runs the length of the house ,has a huge walk in closet and sitting area to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There is also a loft area with a queen size pull out couch ,full bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms on this floor . Downstairs you will find another queen size pullout in the living room , fireplace
and separate family room with a third queen size pullout couch. The well stocked kitchen leads out to the private backyard ,pool ( unheated) and lounge chairs for catching some sun! The laundry room has brand new LG washer and dryer .This leads into the 3 car garage and corresponding driveway . This house has everything you need to spread out and enjoy your vacation! *3 night minimum required*

Goodyear trip
The house is very nice and looks just like the photos. Check in was easy. The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. It is really close to Goodyear stadium if you want to watch spring training. You probably could walk, but we drove.

Spring Training Games
The house was perfect for our stay. We attended Reds Spring Training Games. The stadium is a quick 5 minute drive. We also drove to Tucson to Saguaro National Park. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has all the things we needed.

The property is as advertised. It’s beautiful and clean inside and very cozy. The downstairs living area is very spacious for a large family to spread out and be comfortable in. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was clean and properly maintained.

Great house and location during Spring Training
We enjoyed our stay while we were in town for some Spring Training games. The host was very prompt to answer questions. The house was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again during Spring Training.

PG world Series baseball tournament
We stayed with two boys and the parents for a week long baseball tournament at Goodyear and Surprise. The place was great. We ate in almost every night. Used the grill and cooked big breakfasts pregame. Hung out at night and played cards. Got in the pool. Etc. it’s was record heat…over 115 every day. It was 3 mins to Goodyear and 20 mins to Surprise. The place stayed cool and comfy to relax after hot days of baseball in the sun. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall great experience.

Our AC went out in our home and it took a while to get them out to get it fixed. We had some troubles getting this reserved but they were very responsive and very helpful to get it resolved. The house was very clean up perfect for a family! Pool was clean and was nice to relax by the pool.

Great place to stay in the Goodyear/Phoenix area!
First, let me say that communication with the owners was excellent. The property was just as advertised (and pictured). Very clean with comfortable furnishing and very spacious. It was only myself and my husband but this would be an excellent choice for a larger family who wanted to spread out. The backyard was private and the pool was lovely. Very close to golf and the ball fields. Highly recommend.
