Amazing End of Summer Trip

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of the lake! Private pool, screened in porch, and dock were all amazing! Tons of water toys for pool and lake just made everything better- kayaks, float mat, SUP and more. Also, VERY close to marina for boat rental- less than 10mins on the water- which was really convenient for pickup and dropoff. Inside, property was clean and very spacious for two adults and two 17 year olds. They have literally thought of everything. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

INCREDIBLE Property

Everything was fantastic. We visit lake Norman often and normally stay at a very large house with a big group. This time we opted for a cozy place for our family. The pool was great, everything was so clean, check in and out was a breeze. We will be back!

Paradise

This was our first time in the Lake Norman Area. Wow! This house is Paradise! The location is AMAZING. We were able to enjoy the quiet side of Lake Norman with the location. Perfect for a morning kayak or paddle board ride. The pool was a hit with the kids and pool volleyball as a daily event. They thought of everything when putting together the house. From the welcoming snacks ( thanks) to the life jackets, kayaks, corn hole, rocker on the porch, I could go on and on- this rental is perfection! Denver is a cute little town with super fun local spots like the Lake Norman Brewery - we went for music bingo and everyone had a great time. Margaritas and Safari Miles are also a must when in town! We can't wait to plan our trip for next year.

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed staying here. The house, yard and pool area were well maintained. A+ on cleanliness. There are an abundance of pool toys and yard games. Paula (property manager) was extremely helpful and instantly available with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, family friendly home on Lake Norman with pool

Beautifully maintained home … exterior and interior. Amazing views of Lake and screened in back porch a plus. Supplied almost everything you would need to have a memorable week on the lake. The pool was an added bonus to play in or just relax after a day out on the Lake. Communication with the staff was top notch. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our family had a wonderful week in Denver at this property!

The house is even more beautiful in person than the pictures if that's possible. Loved the enclosed patio for a morning coffee. We spent time on the Lake during the day but my favorite time was spent relaxing in the pool. Our guest contact Paula was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and will rent again when coming back to the area.

AWESOME HOUSE

We stay at VBRO homes at least 2 times a year. This home was one of the best we have been to. Super clean, so well stocked, perfect spot on the lake, great layout inside, great internet and tv’s and just over all great house. Beds are comfortable. Pool was such a great feature to have. We have a pool at our home and are pool people. It was in the 90’s with heat index’s in the 100’s during our stay. The pool was great to cool off in. I brought my basin boat and if I had one small complaint is the dock is not the best. It worked well but we also rented a pleasure boat and it was tricky for 2 boats. Jet ski dock is in a bad place. (First world problem) That being said if you are planning a trip to Lake Norman make this your first choice for housing. It also is minutes away from dining and grocery. And the neighborhood was so quiet.

This house is absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped and you really don't need to bring a thing. We spent most of our time in the pool. The house supplies a volleyball net which was fun! Close to plenty of restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Awesome home and awesome location!

This home is a keeper! It is simply beautiful with a beautiful view. The one story layout is perfect with both room to be together and room to be alone! The entry from the garage into the foyer is perfect for loading and unloading. The kitchen and living room are so spacious and I love the eat in kitchen plus a formal dining room. And the little coffee section was priceless (I am going to do that at my home). The three bedrooms were just perfect, and the bathrooms are huge! I love the walk out to the screened in sun porch from the master bedroom! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated when we arrived. Paula is great! She was in constant contact with us prior to our arrival and so helpful! I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about this home other than one small item (which is really a pet peeve rather than something negative). The beds are too high...lol. I cannot for the life of me understand why all beds are now made such that you have to actually climb up on to them. I am old school and like a bed I can sit on and have my feet touch the floor. But let me tell you, it is worth it to climb up on to these beds because they are the most comfortable beds I have experienced in a while (much better than my own!). I actually looked for a mattress tag to see what they were so I could get one - they are that comfortable! Unfortunately, the pool was closed this time of year, but the boys made good use of the provided kayaks. They loved it!!! We had a couple adventures planned and they didn’t want to leave. They would rather have stayed there the entire time and play on the lake! Lake equipment (vests, fishing, floats, etc…) are provided and easily accessed in the garage. The property is beautifully landscaped with an almost level slope to the dock. I could go on and on but really words can’t do justice to just how beautiful and perfectly located this home is. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely go back when we can enjoy the pool and are able to stay a little longer!

Beautiful Lake Getaway!

This place is perfect for a family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the pool and lake. Kayaking from the dock is a nice activity that everyone enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big dinners. Great place!

Great Getaway

Everything was perfect in the house as advertised and then some. Kayaks, rafts, pool games, yard games and more were a nice surprise. Right on the lake & proximity to boat rental facilities were also a plus.

Wonderful Week on the Lake

The house was Beautiful and well equipped. We had a problem at the house and they were very quick to respond. The pool volleyball net was so much fun. We rented a boat and the slip was perfect. We also had Kelly from Dynamic Massage come to the house and give massages. Love this house and can’t wait to return next year

Great place!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful house. They were so attentive to our questions. Rented a pontoon boat and had a great time exploring the lake. Pool was amazing and volleyball was so much fun! One day we had kelly from Dynamic Massage 631-872-2420 come to the house and give us all massages she so professional I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!!
