This modern cabin in Brian Head is ideal for a small group of friends or a large family who want close proximity to the slopes and gorgeous views.

Nestled in the woods and located under a mile from Brian Head Ski Resort, this home offers guests convenient slope access. Please note that when visiting this area in the winter, traction devices or four-wheel drive WILL BE required. Also, guests with physical limitations may find this home challenging, as the driveway is steep, and there is a set of stairs that lead to the front door.

This home is modern-rustic, with wood plank floors, walls, and ceilings. The living room is open and features a wood-burning fireplace, a flatscreen Apple Smart TV, and DVD player and library. You'll also have free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features red cabinets, granite countertops, and standard appliances, including a dishwasher. There are also lots of extras: a popcorn popper, a family-size griddle, a crock pot, and a rice cooker. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The dining table seats eight, and the cooktop bar seats two.

This two-bedroom (one in the loft), two-bath home has a maximum occupancy of six. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the loft area features four twin beds. This area is surrounded by a four-foot tempered glass railing, allowing for views of the TV in the living room, providing a safe place for kids to hang out.

This home offers games for both kids and adults and the slopes are close by for easy access to Brian Head's 650 skiable acres. Skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing are at your disposal.

Hiking is right outside with 15 nearby trails. Mammoth Caves is another great hiking spot. Bunker Creek Trail is ideal for mountain biking, and fishing is plentiful in the area. For a nice day trip, consider one of the five national parks: Grand Staircase - 80 miles, Zion - 87 miles, Kolob Canyons - 50 miles, Bryce Canyon - 60 miles, and Cedar Breaks - 5 miles.

This Brian Head vacation home is waiting for you and your guest to call it home for your next visit to Utah. Book your dates today.

Nice Cabin close to Brian Head Resort
Nice cabin overall close to Brian Head Resort. Getting to cabin is a little tricky and not for anyone without 4 wheel drive. The main TV did not work the entire stay so my family of five were forced to watch on a tiny TV cramped into one bedroom. Although they said they would send someone out no one ever came. We weren’t there for TV however with little kids it would have been nice. Don’t forget firewood, not even a fire starter was available. You need to bring foil for cooking if necessary. The place really needs a deep cleaning. The main green sofa had a lot of food debris under cushions and could use a good wipe down. Over all the place was nice but just needs to be cleaned better.

Wonderful little cabin
We loved our stay at the cabin!! Everything was just as I expected and wanted. A few things about the place that weren’t so great: There are no curtains/blinds on the windows in the main living area. Beautiful view outside but very bright when the sun is going down. The pans they have provided are round on the bottom instead of flat. It makes cooking food difficult. Other than that, the place was wonderful and I would give 5 stars regardless of those little things!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods
This cabin was so cozy for our stay. We loved all the big windows and pretty views of the changing trees. The loft was a fun place for us all to sleep (beds were not the comfiest, but not a huge deal for a night or two). We loved the cozy fireplace while we watched a movie. The parking was a little tricky with a big car, but we figured it out. Highly recommend!

You’ll need chains in the winter!
The place was incredible and we loved it. Really great views and close to the store and the mountain. We came in during a wild snowstorm and even with chains we barely made it in. Overall a great place to stay!

Great secluded location with some shortcomings
As described with property, nice location, well built home. Main complaint is that the heating furnace vent, which is basically ON the whole entire winter stay (10-30 deg during the day), is super extremely dusty. Appears to not cleaned for more than 1 year as it was built up. Lights over the cooking stove and kitchen bar area were dusty. And you are eating and cooking under it. We can see spider webs hanging from the ceiling, highlighted because of the nice open windows in the living room. Fireplace was also with ash all around it. Amenities are lacking such as shampoo, condiitoner, etc, as per management, they only provide a “starter set”. So apparently not for the whole entire stay of the dates that you book. We left early because of the dusty environment which is blowing at you constantly. Enjoy the great outdoors, then come inside a dusty place. We sent pictures to management, tried to address by giving us bathroom amenities but did not send someone to clean it up. Tried to tolerate it as much, but health wise unable to continue with the vacation. Very disappointing with the cleanliness and amenities.

Games Trip
Booked this cabin for a snowboarding and board games trip. Snowboarded on Saturday and we brought 8 board games to play during the evenings at the cabin. The property was great and even exceeded our expectations based on the website pictures, the pictures do not do this cabin justice. Dining table and coffee table in front of the fireplace were absolutely perfect for playing boardgames in the evening.

Attentive Host and staff
The beds in the loft are a little small for an adult to use-- but we had a blast. Everything was clean and well stocked-- even with little extra comforts that you wouldn't expect. Beautiful view-- would like to stay again in the future

Red Door
Nice house has deferred maintenance issues, cleaning was very poor (dirty house). The drive way and parking is unacceptable very difficult to get up driveway a car cannot get up the drive way there is only room for one car to park and no street parking. We had snowfall it took two days to get drive plowed while the other properties in the area where taken card of.

Excellent location and property
Excellent location and property. Few minor issues : vacuum cleaner and cloth dryer not working at all, impractical driveway, most pans and pots warped because incompatible with the new electric range. We really enjoyed it!

PERFECT WINTER GETAWAY!
We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It was everything you'd expect from a winter wonderland. The cabin is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area but literally 3 mins from all the attractions. The views from the cabin were very scenic and peaceful. We loved the wood fireplace although the heater kept the cabin warm throughout. Comfy and cozy living and sleeping areas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals and even a coffee maker. They even had lots of board games and a few sleds to use. We'll definitely be returning soon.

Just OK
The house was meh.. ok I guess. It completely turned me down once I saw all the spider webs on the bedroom and bathroom doors. Completely reachable to clean. Yea there were spider webs in the high ceiling too but I understand those are difficult to get too. And the drier still doesn’t work and neither does the heater either (but this is mentioned in the profile). Just kinda makes me wonder why the host doesn’t bother getting this fixed. Also, a keurig would be nice. I wouldn’t have mind taking my own k cups. But we’re big coffee drinkers and enjoy relaxing with the great outdoors. Other than this it was good. Just little details that I think would of made a difference for me.

No Heat
We arrived and after calling Vacasa, were informed that the heater was broken and that the fireplace was our only heat - with no firewood. Vacasa was great though. They got us a space heater and helped with wood. We had issues with the wifi for the TV -- even the Roku provided with the house buffered a show/movie ever 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the house was outdated. But again, Vacasa was very reliable and helped us get heat in 40 degree weather -- and were the only reason the trip turned out good.

Beautiful Setting
Enjoyed 7 night stay..With that being said the dryer is still out of order and u can c a review from early August that it was already out of order. The furniture appears quite old and the light fixtures over the table and stove are very dirty..Some deep cleaning would go a long ways in this cabin..We called to inquire about the TV because there are no manuals and when we told her about the dryer she was very very helpful and was going to write up a ticket to get it fixed..VACASA was helpful to us and would not be afraid to go thru them again...

Very peaceful
Brian Head is a beautiful and quiet community in the summer. The meadow across from the cabin brought deer and marmots. The cabin is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Fireplace provides plenty of heat, no smoke and brings a nice ambiance. Cabin is very clean. Parking was a bit tricky with a low profile vehicle but OK. Would definitely return. Oh! Cedar Breaks is definitely a beautiful place to visit. Like 5 miles away.

Nice getaway
Clean cabin with plenty of towels & kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable. If you could leave an instruction booklet for the TV & let everyone know that they will need to use their personal account to access it, that would be great. There are quite a few movie selections to choose from, however. Service hotline was great- prompt responses. Great location to hit so many different places! Would definitely stay again!
