Great house for families or entertaining. Views of Aransas Bay and easy access to the water. Plenty of parking so bring your water toys!
Boats can be easily launched in nearby Cove Harbor.
Road in front of house leads directly to private beachfront with easy access to water. Shellridge Road beach access is perfect for sailboats, jetskis, wadefishing, kayaking, etc.

Family vacation

Nice house with all the necessary things. The beach is a short drive. Very nice water views all around but no access unless you drive to beach.

Charming Beach Property and Community!

Great house! Great owners!

We made a last minute decision to have a staycation and I am so glad we found this home! The owners were quick to respond, very accommodating and just a joy to do business with. My family loved this house and we look forward to returning to it again in the future. Great location! Thanks for the great memories!!

Great place for small corp getaway

Loved the property. It was clean, well stocked and perfect for a group of executives to get away a few days of strategy. i would highly recommend the house for others and look forward to being able visit again soon.
