2 night weekend stay. Kitchen well equipped. didn't use outdoor area due to weather on the weekend. Close proximity to local beaches with a car. Very hilly if walking. Driveway is very steep and on the narrow side. 4 bedrooms with queen/double beds although there were lots of fold out beds available I think it would be very crowded if they were needed. There were only 4 of us so we had ample space.
We had a very enjoyable experience staying at the Tea Trees Retreat. It was the perfect place to stay and celebrate a special family birthday; 95th, so a quiet affair.
The host was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, lounge was cosy, kitchen very well equipped. I highly recommend this place.

Tracy, bend over backwards to make it an amazing stay
Neat, Clean and well equipped for our family group of 9.
Contact was prompt, friendly and informative. We all hope to stay here again.
Thanks very much.
6 of us stayed in the area for a special hiking event. Tracy’s house was clean, tidy, with all amenities. Communication was easy enough once I succumbed to downloading the app. No other way… the little neighbour dog was annoying at 3am and for some reason the neighbours bright light from his veranda seemed to shine directly our way but the rest was wonderful. Thank you Tracy
My golfing group used this accommodation, combined with another house close by, for a golfing weekend on the Peninsula. The house was clean and tidy and although it wasn't used for "lounging around in" it was nevertheless, very comfortable. It was well appointed and there were plenty of comfortable beds. This location was excellent for our weekend.
Overall our family had a peaceful and relaxing time. Plenty of games to keep us entertained.
Would recommend to others looking to stay in the area.
Communication with the owner Tracy was faultless.
Thanks Tracy for a lovely stay at your home away from home. We enjoyed our first night around the large dining table and mornings on the deck at the outdoor table. Beds were comfy, showers hot, and house roomy for our group of 7. Everything provided, even fans for the bedrooms, made our stay easy and comfortable.
We needed two days to attend a family function in Rye and we were lucky to secure a stay at the property. We were happy with the arrangements and the house. Would recommend to others.
We loved our stay here, the pictures don’t do the property justice, the house is much bigger in person and there’s no shortage of games and entertainment to keep busy.
Tracey was very responsive.
This property was located an equal distance from both the front beach and Rye shops, as well as the back beach.
The property was super clean and set up incredible! The host was incredibly helpful throughout out stay. Definitely recommend!
This would qualify as one of the best places I have stayed, not over 5th top luxurious but just wonderfully welcoming, interestingly decorated, comfy warm beds, great heating for a winter weekend, cupboards full of crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and pans etc, lovely big dining table and chairs, huge library of DVDs, quiet area, lots of off street parking, Fab little coffee shop / bakery round the corner - does it sound like we liked it - we loved it! Thank you Tracy for all the little extras including your great communication.
Cannot fault this property, it was fantastic. Had everything we could possibly need including very comfy beds and great showers. The house was spotless and communicating with Tracy was very easy. We will definitely be back.
This is a perfect accommodation. We are a group composed of three families that stayed here. The house is very clean and has got everything we needed during the whole stay. It felt like home for all of us. Tracy is very responsive with all my queries. Very friendly and accommodating.
If I can only give 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would!
Thanks Tracy and Simon for letting us stay here❤️
