The Space:
Enjoy spectacular Marina views in every direction as you step into this bright and spacious space in Marina.

A large and cozy sectional sofa plus a leather relax chair with ottoman will be your best friends as you watch your favorite shows on the HD TV. Oversized windows will let the sunlight brighten up the whole room during the day.

The dining area is modernly designed, with white dining chairs and a wooden rectangular table that can comfortably seat six. Elegant pendant lights will complete that luxurious dinner with your family. Cook your own food in the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cookware, kettle, and others. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need for cooking.

Both bedrooms have king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms. Hotel-quality linens are provided with super-comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. Wake up to awe-inspiring Marina views in every direction of the bedroom!

Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided to the guests for a more cozy stay.

A welcome pack with coffee, tea, etc. is given upon arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to infinity pool, gym, spa and parking.

Please be advised that there is an on-going construction in the surrounding area of the property building.

*Please be informed that the deep cleaning and maintenance of the pool will be carried out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 6.30am pm to 8.30 am. Pools will be functional after 8:30 a.m.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Note: Please be advised that there’s an inside apartment sub-contractor that works inside the apartments & retail shops.
Noisy work – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturdays – Non noise works between 9am to 6pm
Sundays – No works permitted

In case of any emergency situation inside your unit, if contractors are required to access/work beyond the scheduled time, kindly inform the front desk and security team, so they can permit and assist, rather than misbehaving and abusing the community staff.
