The great room sliding doors open up to the lanai and pool deck, serving as an extension of the shared space you'll enjoy with family and friends during your Florida vacation. Lunch poolside at the patio dining table for 6, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The entire pool area is screened-in, keeping suburban critters out while letting the welcoming rays of the Florida sun in.

The bedrooms, like the rest of the home, are all bright and modern. Each bedroom has its own TV - 4 bedrooms each with a king-sized bed, and 3 bedrooms each with two single beds, all-in-all sleeping up to 14 guests. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
