Step into this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sitting directly on the bay front off of 22nd Street. With a spacious private balcony you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the bay and are also just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Bedroom one offers 2 Queen beds and bedroom two has a pyramid bunkbed (double on bottom, single on top). The property offers wi-fi and streaming services on 2 of the 3 TV's, there is no cable in this property. Occupancy is 6. Parking for 2 cars. No smoking, no pets. This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall.

Perfect place for family!

This condo was in a perfect location/proximity to bay sports and beach. We have stayed at this complex for many years and really enjoyed this condo. It was updated with all the amenities that you would need for your stay. If I had one complaint, as silly as it may sound, it had too much furniture and not enough bedroom storage. NOT a deal breaker but a little frustrating maneuvering around in the master bedroom. But, we spent 2 weeks here and it was quite an amazing time! Thank you!
