This villa is superb and features new custom paint, wood floors, and mostly new appliances including a brand new AC system. There are 20+ foot ceilings that accent the two story residence. The master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub, a television, and beautiful views of the golf course. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed and a television. The living room features comfortable seating and a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need and also a table and chairs that seats four. Furthermore, the residence is only a short walk to the community pool and boasts two lanai’s.

Right around the corner from this incredible rental is the best beaches on the Big Island, shopping, restaurants and all the Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. Enjoy 2 lagoon style pools, spa/hot tub, complimentary tennis courts, 2 fitness rooms, outdoor BBQ's and a recreation room that can be reserved for large gatherings.

The starter pack contains:Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
