Luxury ground floor garden apartment. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with open plan living areas & modern fit-out. TV, DVD, Air conditioned with barbecue and outdoor setting and laundry facilities. Close to Bennetts and Jimmys Beach in Hawks Nest. 2 undercover parking spaces and lift access from garage. Sleeps 7 (2 queens,1 single and 1 set of single bunk beds) This property has WIFI. Minimum 5 night stay.

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.

We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.
